Reese Witherspoon, Olivia Wilde, & More Stars Remember The Sandy Hook Shooting Victims On The 5th Anniversary

We're thinking of all the victims and their families.

It's hard to believe the shooting at Sandy Hook was five years ago.

On Thursday, celebrities took to Twitter to remember the children and adults who tragically lost their lives at the Newtown, Connecticut elementary school on December 14, 2012.

While this country has yet to see stricter gun control laws, that hasn't stopped stars from also using their voices to call for an end to all the senseless violence!

Reese Witherspoon, Olivia Wilde, and more have spoken out on the fifth anniversary to do both:

Definitely not the best Friday night for DJ Mustard and his crew… and it all could have been avoided!!!

The famed music producer and a friend were trying to board a plane at LAX last night when TSA detected a gun in a carry-on bag during routine security screenings at the airport.

Law enforcement got involved and shut shit down, nabbing the producer and his buddy before they could walk away to board their plane. Oops!!

The weapon in the bag turned out to be serious, too — a loaded .22 semi-automatic handgun. Whoa!!!

Cops questioned both DJ Mustard and his companion separately, and eventually

Kim Kardashian Can't Convince Khloé & Kendall Not To Buy A Gun — But A Trip To The Shooting Range Might…

no title

This week, on a very special episode of KUWTK

We kid, but this is serious stuff!

In a couple preview clips of this Sunday's all new episode, Kendall Jenner and Khloé Kardashian consider buying a gun — something big sis Kim Kardashian West has a very strong opinion on.

Photos: Celebs Wearing Orange For National Gun Violence Awareness Day

The momma of soon-to-be-three has since been a strong advocate of gun violence awareness for years, even before she had a personal trauma, being held at gunpoint in Paris last year.

Her arguments against it, including that they already have professional security and that it will only make them — and the youngest in the fam — less safe seem to fall on deaf ears.

But Kendall can't close her ears to the scary-as-hell gunshot sounds when she and Khloe go to a shooting range. See all the Kardashian action (below):

'King Of Instagram' Douche Dan Bilzerian Ran, Filmed Himself, & Pestered Cops For A Gun During Las Vegas Shooting

If you're not familiar with Instagram star Dan Bilzerian, frankly you're probably better off.

The self-proclaimed King Of Instagram is a rich d-bag who posts primarily about his leisurely party lifestyle jetting around tropical islands surrounded by women in bikinis. Basically, he feeds off envy. Think Scott Disick without the charm.

He's also a gun nut who often posts pics of his insane collection (above) and brags about what he would do if someone broke into his home.

Well, apparently he was present during the Las Vegas shooting — and the videos he posted of his experience paint a different picture of his fight or flight response.

While other concertgoers were helping strangers to safety, making tourniquets, shielding their loved ones, Bilzerian just ran.

Well, he didn't JUST run. That

After Las Vegas Shooting, Gun Mod Supplier Suspends All Sales Of Controversial 'Bump Stocks'

We had no idea what a "bump stock" was a few days ago. And we should never have had to learn.

Essentially a bump stock is a rifle modification that makes a semi-automatic weapon fire with the speed of a fully automatic weapon. It's what the Las Vegas shooter used to kill 59 people and injure hundreds more attending the Route 91 Harvest Festival on Sunday.

This gun modification is at the moment completely legal, or as Slide Fire, the company that originated the design, puts it, bump stocks are "controllable, safe, and ATF approved!"

Well, that may not be true much longer. The NRA, possibly in an effort to pass the blame from guns in general to this one specific technology, has come out with a rare statement in favor or MORE gun control, writing:

Just FYI, It's Illegal To Carry A Toy Gun On Las Vegas Strip — But Real Guns Are OK

no title

59 people were killed and 527 wounded in Las Vegas on Sunday, all by weapons legally purchased in the United States.

No one even kept track as the shooter bought 33 guns in the last year alone because there's no system in place to regulate the purchases.

But just in case you weren't yet convinced the gun laws in our country are insane, this may be the most ridiculous thing we've ever heard.

We just found out that thanks to a 2012 city ordinance, it's illegal to carry toy guns on the Vegas strip — because they're on a list of "dangerous objects" which also includes fireworks and skateboards.

Meanwhile in Nevada you can purchase a real gun without a permit, carry it around with you, and never register it.

Maybe NERF should start buying off politicians like the NRA does…

WTF?! Steve Scalise Says Las Vegas & His Own Shooting 'Fortified' His Position That More Guns = More Safety!

While regular people and country musicians are looking at the 59 dead and 527 wounded in the Las Vegas shooting and changing their minds about sensible gun control, a surprise voice is standing firm.

Representative Steve Scalise, who was shot last June when a deranged Bernie Sanders-supporting gun owner opened fire on a GOP baseball practice, says Vegas and his own experiences did not dissuade him from his view that we'd be safer with more guns.

In an interview on Fox News Tuesday night, the House Majority Whip says these tragic events "fortified" his position.

WHAT?

Rather than explain that position, he immediately gets off track, talking about why no one should be talking about gun control:

"First of all you've gotta recognize that when there is a tragedy like this, the first thing we should be thinking about is praying for the people who were injured and do whatever we can to help them, to hep law enforcement."

Um, isn't that what stricter, more sensible gun regulations would do? Help law enforcement?

Maybe Steve has never heard the adage, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."

He continues:
