Nothing like a coffee to help… cool you down after a workout?

Mila Kunis was recently spotted leaving a Starbucks wearing some workout gear.

She must've needed herself an iced mocha latte or something after working up a sweat in the gym.

We hope she doesn't make this a habit.

Some (most) of those coffees are pretty high in calories.

At least she's been hitting the gym.

Def looking good for it! Keep it up, gurl!

Sheen Rejects Rehab

Quick, what does someone say when they don't want to stop doing drugs and stuff?

If you answered, "I don't believe in rehab," you'd be correct! We also would have accepted, "I don't have a problem," and "quit being a square."

But wait — what if maybe… just maybe… rehab ISN'T for everyone??

Loneliness Shortens Life Span

Loneiless can actually shorten your lifespan!

A new study has found that people with heart disease who live by themselves tend not to live as long as people who cohabitate.

The reasons why aren't very clear but they think it could be the limited access to medicine.

"Patients living alone may have more difficulty getting their medications refilled and taking them regularly. They also don't have anyone at home to call the doctor's office or emergency room if they are not looking well."

Earlier studies have also linked isolation to increased heart attack risk and weakened immune systems.

So whats the trick to fix this problem?

Find another lonely person and move in with them!

Or at least get a robot butler to help you out and keep you company.

Men Are Living Longer!

Men are beginning to close the longevity gap between them and women.

A study from the Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation found that men are adding years to their lives at a faster rate than women.

Taking a look at data from 1989 to 2009, men expanded their life expectancy by 4.6 years on average, increasing longevity from between 66.1 and 81.6 years old, while women's longevity rose by 2.7 year on average, going to between 73.5 years and 86 years.

The reason for this trend?

Men are less likely to be obese because they tend to exercise more than women. Men are also adopting healthier habits in general.

NYC's health commissioner said:

"The whole [local] culture has changed. Smoking used to be seen as cool and hip –- now it's the opposite. Exercising and eating healthy [once were deemed] things only strange people did. Now they're mainstream."

Even though the life-expectancies are leveling out, experts don't think they'll ever be the same.

Mainly because of different risks of heart ailments and auto accident deaths.

So drive safe!

Fans Challenge One Direction's Zayn To Quit Smoking

One Direction is pretty huge right now, so that means the paps are never far behind them.

We've seen there are way too many pics of Zayn smoking.

He's a singer and a role model to teens. Neither of those should lead to him smoking — but he does.

Plus smoking ruins your voice, wrinkles your gorgeous face, ruins your teeth and hair and, oh yeah, gives you cancer.

So ForgetTobacco.com has issued a challenge to Zayn:

"Zayn – My organization and the thousands of kids we work with challenge you to publicly quit smoking by July 1st, 2012. We are more than willing to help you kick the habit and make everyone fall in love with you even more."

We think that's a great idea!

So, Zayn, what do you say??
