Want To Live In Mel's Old House Tropical Getaway?

If so, you may be in luck, because Mel has put his 500-acre tropical getaway in Costa Rica up for sale for $35 million.
Mel reportedly chose to put up the property, Hacienda Dorada, because he feels it's no longer private enough. The massive estate is located on the Nicoya Peninsula, and it includes a 7-bedroom main house, a pair of 2-bedroom homes with private pools, AND a full time staff.
Mel also recently sold his 75-acre Greenwich, Connecticut estate for nearly $24 million, and he's still looking for buyers on his Malibu property, which is listed at $12.75 million.
Guess none of his properties are private enough anymore!
