This isn't good.

Octo-Mom got a visit from Child Protective Services on Tuesday with accusations that she and her 14 kids were living in squalor.

Her hair stylist Stephanie made a call to cops after she made a visit to Nadya Suleman's house and saw that the children were living in disgusting conditions.

Graffiti was all over the walls, only one toilet was working, prompting children to poop in a potty training toilet outside.

Many of the children were seen barefoot, dirty, and wearing no pants.

The even more shocking part is that while Nadya was getting her hair done, Stephanie noticed that she had propped a chair against a door, locking her children in the bedroom.

Stephanie says:

"The kids are in desperate need of help, and I tried to help and she's not open to anyone helping her."

After Children's Services came out, they DID determine that the children are not in danger, but they WILL be doing follow-up visits.

Ugh.

Someone needs to intervene and help this woman out. It seems like she's just not allowing anyone to help her take care of her kids, which in turn is actually making things way more dangerous for them.

Glad to know she had time to get her hair did though.

"There are so many different things that go into creating a hair look for Rihanna, from the type of event she is attending to the outfit she’ll be wearing. We try to identify what the message we want want to send and then we go from there."

On her favorite RiRi hairstyles:

"I loved the choppy bob for the MTV Video Music Awards in 2007, the really dark short black hair at the Teen Choice Awards in 2008, the Rated R album packaging with the edgy shaved sides and blonde swoop in the front. Last but not least, I love the red classic updo we did for the EMA’s in 2010."

On getting Rihanna's red locks:

"Her red is so pretty but it fades so fast! So it’s so important to invest in color preserving products. Color preserving shampoos, conditioners, and daily stylers, to help keep color locked in and looking vibrant!"

On protecting your hair from damage:

"I protect Rihanna’s hair by giving her a lot of conditioning treatments. I sometimes use Motions Deep Penetrating Mask. The most important thing is to never let the hair get dry to keep breakage to a minimum. You also have to know when to say enough is enough and give it a break from the heat."

According to new reports, the fun and funky Rihanna spends $1990 a week to keep her gorgeous, mane the best it can be.

Her hair stylist, celeb-renowned Ursula Stephen, charges about $285 a day for her services.

Ursula is also known to be a close confidant of the singer's.

While most people will roll their eyes at this, we look at it this way — if you're making as many public appearances as she is and you have the money, do it to it!

We bet it's not easy keeping her hair looking as polished as it does, and as hot as she is in the public eye right now, appearance is important.

Don't get us wrong; Rihanna is fierce no matter what, but gurl's gotta keep her hair lookin' good!

Hair stylist Andre Walker is in the April issue of O magazine spilling the deets on Oprah Winfrey's billion dollar tresses.

He's been working with O since 1985 and says his favorite do's are "the [looks] that she’s been happiest with".

But not all of Oprah's styles were winners and she reminds him about that all the time. Andre was quick to defend himself by saying "It was the ’80s!".

Ha!

Fair enough.

As for how he got the job?

Walker simply sent Winfrey a note that read "I'm dying to get my hands on your hair".

Yep, just like that.
