Maybe we unfairly associate him too closely with his role on Criminal Minds, but this is VERY unexpected!

AND not good at all!

Thomas Gibson, who is also well-known for being the second part of Dharma & Greg, was busted early this morning for a suspected DUI!

According to law enforcement sources, the actor was driving in downtown El Lay around 1am when he ignored that his intended route had been blocked off for a half marathon that had taken place earlier in the day, and he continued cruising on until he was eventually pulled over!

Staying fit is pretty rewarding in itself, but staying fit for a good cause is always an added bonus!

Former Real Housewives of New York star Kelly Bensimon hit the pavement on Sunday to run in the New York City Half marathon, a 13.1 mile event sponsored by the New York Road Runners.

She finished the race in 2:13:51, a personal best, while raising nearly $10,000 for Generosity Water — a nonprofit dedicated to providing clean water to communities in developing countries.

Since getting involved with the organization in 2010, Kelly has raised over $20,000 and plans on continuing her efforts in the future. After finishing the exhausting run, she told sources:

“Running up Seventh Avenue like that … oh my God, it was unbelievable. I was videoing people, taking my pictures – it was so exciting. Such a cool thing to be a part of. I raised almost ten thousand dollars for Generosity Water. When I like, oh my God, 'can I make it?' I thought, 'I just raised ten thousand dollars for these girls who are walking with 40 pounds of water on their heads – I think I can run a little more.'”

We're sure those girls appreciate you thinking of them too! Congrats on the great time and keep up the amazing charity work, gurl!

Aww! We love to see celebs being active, but it's even better when they do it for such a great cause!

Maria Menounos ran the Dodge Rock 'N' Roll L.A. Half Marathon on Sunday to benefit the ASPCA.

She posed with several adorable animals before beginning the race and eventually crossing the finish line with a smile on her face.

The unique road race combined music and fitness by not only offering live bands on stage every mile of the race, but a post-race concert for all participants!

Wowsa! He is always working on his fitness.

Matthew McConaughey helped train kids at Hamilton High School in El Lay for the Dodge Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon to benefit the j.k. livin foundation, which provides free fitness and wellness after-school programs.

Such a great cause!
