X Factor: The Best Of The Rest From Night One Of Finals!

Night one of the X Factor finals last night featured duets from the three remaining finalists with LeAnn Rimes, Demi Lovato and Little Big Town!

Fifth Harmony, Carly Rose Sonenclar and Tate Stevens, however, were each given two MORE chances to win your votes, with their Song Of The Season and Last Impression Song!

One of our favorite performances from last night?

Well, besides Fifth Harmony’s duet with Dem Dem, their rendition of Let It Be — mainly because it reminded us of those AH-Mazing voices of theirs!

Check out the girls giving it their all (above)!!

The group also gave us an encore performance of Anything Can Happen, which you can view HERE if you missed it last week!

Carly Rose blew us away, yet again, with her rendition of Hallelujah — sans LeAnn — while Tate brought us back to his audition song with Anything Goes!

Take a look at these final performances… AFTER THE JUMP!!!

X Factor Gets Graced By Gritty Rocker, Jeffrey Adam Gutt!

While last season’s runner-up, Josh Krajcik, gave X Factor a soul-stirring cover of Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah, another contestant stepped up to the challenge last night!

Jeffrey Adam Gutt showed Greensboro the meaning of singing for his life, with his rendition of the song that blew the judges away!

Taking a cue from Chris Rene’s audition, Jeffrey’s SUPER adorbz son, Talon, didn’t hurt, either! LOLz!

Check out Jeffrey’s audition (above), which, in Demi’s words, made God even rock out!!!

Dayum! What a mega compliment to be called one of the most brilliant auditions Simon Cowell’s EVER heard!

… and we all know he’s heard a shiz ton, ha!

We've heard Hallelujah so many times, in so many movies and TV shows: Shrek, The O.C., etc…

But somehow Kelly Clarkson managed to make it fresh with Duets partner Jason Farol!

Are we really surprised though? C'mon… it's Kelly. Ha!

Enjoy that little jewel (above), but don't worry about starting your Friday off on a slow beat… because Jordan Meredith's rendition of MaMa's Broken Heart is FIYAH …AFTER THE JUMP!

Marc Cherry To Develop New ABC Drama

marc-cherry-developing-new-abc-drama-hallelujah.jpg

ABC must really like Marc Cherry!

The Desperate Housewives executive producer is developing a drama titled Hallelujah, which will center around Hallelujah, Tennessee, a small town that is being torn apart by the forces of good and evil.

When a stranger moves into town, the residents begin to have faith.

The drama is a product of Cherry's two-year deal extension with ABC and while working on the new show, his co-executive producer, Bob Daily will take over the reigns of Wisteria Lane.

This show sounds like it could be a keeper. Thoughts?

SuBo's Dancing Performance Canceled…Due To Infection

Filed under: TV NewsMusic MinuteSusan BoyleReality TV

Susan Boyle Cancels Dancing Performance Due To Infection

Susan Boyle was supposed to sing Hallelujah on Dancing with the Stars this evening, but her performance has been canceled, with no plans to reschedule.

Here's what SuBo's rep had to say about the cancellation:

"Susan Boyle has had to cancel her performance on 'Dancing with the Stars' as her doctor advised her not to sing due to a severe throat infection. Susan is very upset at letting her fans down. Their continued support means so much to her."

We're sorry to hear that, bb!

Feel better soon, and talk to the DWTS folks about rescheduling! We want to see U perform!
