The dude who broke onto Miley Cyrus's property intending to either stab something or cut out some FIERCE paper dolls, was convicted of trespassing yesterday!!

Jason Luis Rivera pled "not guilty" to the charges, but the judge and jury weren't buying it! As he was also convicted of resisting arrest, he faces up to 18 months in prison at today's sentencing!!

Look, we're as pissed-off about the cancellation of Hannah Montana as the next gal, but sneaking on to someone's property wielding a pair of scissors is no way to react!

Considering her fiancé Liam Hemsworth's hardcore nature, we think Mileybird's trespasser should feel lucky to only face prison time!!

If Gale Hawthorne arrived before the cops, we bet Luis would've treated the perp to a complimentary quiver full of arrows to the face!

President Barack Obama and his lovely wife, Michelle Obama, are no strangers to The View, but graced the show with their COMBINED presence for the first time today!

The President and his First Lady got their kiki on with Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sherri Shepherd and Elisabeth Hasselbeck about ALL sorts of topics ranging from silly to super serious.

Since the interview lasted the ENTIRE show, there were lots of inneresting talking points which included their relationship, their daughters, the possibility of Michelle running for office, the situation in Libya, what Barack wants to accomplish during his next term, his dreams for his post-political career and, of course, Mitt Romney!

HaHa! That's what Disney wants to do… they've just renewed the smash hit tween series Shake it Up for Season 3!! Whoo!!

Since it came in at number one for ages 9-14 in 2011, we'd say the Disney Channel made a smart choice here. Obviously!!

We mean… Zendaya and Bella Thorne haven't exactly reached Hannah Montana status yet, but there's always possibility!!

Congrats, guys!! Make sure to utilize your Disney prowess with ALL the Disneyland trips! Ha!

Sometimes, all it takes is one epic bust!

Walt Disney Studios Charmain, and former President of Disney Channels Worldwide Rich Ross has reportedly been canned from his current position, which he's held since 2009, after the $200 million flop that was John Carter landed itself as one the worst film failures in Hollywood history.

In a statement he sent out to his staff yesterday, Ross writes:

For the last 15 years, I have had the opportunity to work with incredibly talented people on behalf of the world’s best loved brand. During that time, we’ve told some amazing stories around the world, created successful TV programming, movies, and franchises that generated new opportunities for the company in the process.

I’ve always said our success is created and driven by our people – whom I consider to be the absolute best in the business. But, the best people need to be in the right jobs, in roles they are passionate about, doing work that leverages the full range of their abilities. It’s one of the leadership lessons I’ve learned during my career, and it’s something I’ve been giving a great deal of thought to as I look at the challenges and opportunities ahead.

I believe in this extraordinary Walt Disney Studios team, and I believe in our strong slate of films and our ability to make and market them better than anyone else. But, I no longer believe the Chairman role is the right professional fit for me. For that reason, I have made the very difficult decision to step down as Chairman of The Walt Disney Studios, effective today.

It has been my honor to work with such incredible teams – at Disney Channels Worldwide and The Walt Disney Studios and the many other Disney businesses I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with. I know I leave the Studios in good hands and, even on separate paths, I am confident we are all destined for continued success.

Such a shame that it he has to end his run with the company this way - especially as he was also responsible for the monster successes of Hannah Montana and High School Musical!

But that's the nature of the beast, we suppose - you just never know what's going to blow up and make tons of money, and what's going to end your career in a matter of days!
