But it seems CBS has come out the victor!! Savage recently signed a 2 year contract with the media giant where he will be free to pursue projects of a personal interest.

Don't worry, Cougar Town fans!
Just because the comedy was benched midseason, ABC president Paul Lee announced during the Television Critics Association's winter press tour that it will most likely be back in March - on a new night with our other fave Happy Endings!

ABC won Wednesday nights, as usual but each show saw an increase in viewers following season lows.
Modern Family returned to forma and saw a 5.6 rating after its December 7th season low, followed by Happy Endings' impressive 3.3.
ABC other shows, Suburgatory and The Middle also saw bumps as well.
Everybdy else? They're not feeling too good.

Here's some magical news for you!
ABC has decided to give full-season orders to three fan-favorite shows. Happy Endings, hich previously received a pickup of six additional scripts, has gotten the greenlight to finish out the season, while Tim Allen's Last Man Standing got a full season pickup. Additionally, and by no surpsie, Once Upon A Time will also get to finish out is freshman season, being as it's being hailed as the new breakout drama of the network.
The same can not be said of Pan Am, but it's staying in flight for now. ABC is giving the show 5 more scripts to see if it can land into the hearts of viewers.

Gee, we're glad we put this out into the universe this morning!
After getting a boost in the ratings last night, Emily VanCamp's new show Revenge has been picked up for a full season on ABC. That means we will DEFINITELY know if the season ends the way it started.
If you've seen the show, you know what we mean!
Also feeling some love over at ABC is Suburgatory, which got a full season pick up as well, and Happy Endings, which got a six additional scripts order.
