If this is the kind of crazy for which we're in store for in season three, then who needs Danielle Staub? Holy hell!

Sources close to production of The Real Housewives of New Jersey have revealed that when the cast members and their families were filming down in the Dominican Republic last month, poor Teresa Giudice was punched in the face by a bar patron, leading to a brawl that ended with authorities being forced to intervene!

According to the insider, Teresa, along with fellow Housewives Caroline Manzo, Jacqueline Laurita, Kathy Wakile, Melissa Gorga - as well as their respective husbands, and Caroline's kids Albie, Chris, and Lauren - were celebrating their vacation late into the evening at the Punta Cana Hard Rock Resort, when they accidentally spilled champagne on a woman, which caused her husband to lose it!

Sources explain:

“It was late, they were on vacation, and she was just having fun. She opened the champagne and just started spraying it everywhere and it went all over this woman near her. It was crazy, [the woman's husband] he got really angry and punched Teresa in the face! Joe [Giudice], Albie and Chris were trying to protect Teresa and they just grabbed the guy and started fighting, and then people joined in. Bravo helped to break up the fight. Everyone was involved. It became a massive scene.”

And it got so bad that when the cops came, they detained the three Bravo stars, as well as the instigators, later identified as Adolfo Arriolla and Jason Gomez.

A representative from the authorities explains:

“Usually when there’s a fight we take one guy, but this time we took everybody."

Local attorneys were brought in to apparently smooth over the situation, and thankfully everything has since seemed to be resolved!

Geesh! What a mess!

According to the insider, however, the fight will NOT air on the upcoming season.

Can't say we blame them, especially after the way Snooki's assault was insensitively used by MTV as a means to attract an audience when Jersey Shore first hit the scene last year.

Hopefully we'll get to see at least SOME of the pre/post footage, however! The whole thing sounds NUTS!

Poor Teresa, though! We don't care how inebriated he was, no man has ANY business laying his hands on a woman. Absolutely deplorable.

Feel better, gurl! Hopefully the whole mess didn't completely ruin your vacation.

Uh-oh!

Carey Hart is pressing charges against the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, claiming he was taken advantage of in an investment with them in a now-defunct lounge!

The motorcross rider's company, S&H Projects, put money into the Wasted Space Lounge, which opened back in 2008.

According to legal documents, Hart alleges that

Things got a bit too real for them.

The owners of the Hard Rock franchise are suing TruTV over their new show Rehab: Party at the Hard Rock Hotel. The lawsuit states that the Hard Rock execs are appalled by the amount of debauchery and violence showcased at their Las Vegas casino and insist that it isn't an accurate depiction of the hotel. The complaint insists that the Hard Rock establishment is one of "fun consistent with the democratic free spirit of rock music," not the crack house the show is making it out to be.

But wait? Isn't this reality? Maybe someone just does like what they see in the mirror?!

Regardless, the Hard Rock alleges in their suit that the show portrays an image that is contradictory to their business, including "unprofessional, incompetent, and/or physically and emotionally abusive" staff. The suit alleges that because of these outrageously awful people, like "Little Hilter" Matt, they've received several complaints from guests who vowed never to return to the hotel.

Yeah, we'd have a problem going to a place where "Little Hitler" was employed too!

Spending one of her last night's a single woman, RiRi threw BFF Katy a wild bachelorette party complete with erotic toys and decorations.

Later the girls went to AGO night club where they were seen ordering tons of drinks and food and taking photos with fans.

The pAArty girls finished their night in their hotel suite where an erotic cake was delivered to Katy.

They are totally on-again!

Gossip Girl's Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr spent hours in their hotel room racking up $800 in room service at Chicago's Hard Rock Hotel during Lollapalooza last weekend and skipped out on their required appearances!

They were supposed to attend a Belvedere Nights event because the sponsors paid for their flights and VIP festival tickets, but opted to stay at the hotel instead!

A source reveals:

"Jessica was invited and took Ed as her plus-one. They were flown first-class and given two rooms, and her talent wrangler, Aaron, agreed they would appear at night or at one of the day lounges. But they never showed up and instead they hit the minibar and ordered room service. The bill for food and booze for three nights was over $830. Publicists were calling their room and banging on their door.

"Eventually this blew up into a big argument on Sunday, when the event boss phoned Jessica and said he was canceling their flights. She said 'We don't need to do this. We can pay our own way.' They left that night, and Jessica paid for everything."

Well that solves everything!
