Anyone and everyone is trying to ca$$$h in on Michael Jackson, the latest being his former personal assistant and friend Frank Cascio.

The self-proclaimed "lifelong confidante" has inked a deal with HarperCollins publisher William Morrow to write a memoir.

Cascio boasts his book, My Friend Michael, will be out this fall and promises to be an "uplifting and definitive" account of MJ.

We're kinda surprised he didn't have to sign a confidentiality agreement. Or maybe he did and is choosing to ignore it?.

We thought wrong!

HarperCollins has acquired the rights to the future NY Times Best-Seller Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story, which will provide readers with an illustrated account of his rise to super-stardom. Here’s what the Biebs had to say about the book:

"Every day I wake up and count my blessings. My fans have played such a large part in all of this and they help me live my dreams every day. I'm excited to share just a little bit more of my world with them through this book."

Here’s some more from Bieber:

"Between the behind-the-scenes pictures and the story I think this is going to be something they can all enjoy. This is just another way for me to say thank you to my fans."

Very impressive, Justin. We’re sure your book will make its way onto many, many welcoming Tweenage bookshelves when it’s released in October.

Although she just released Going Rogue, Sarah Palin has another book coming out this fall!

America By Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag is the name of her new tome coming out November 23rd.

HarperCollins describes the book as "selections from classic and contemporary readings that have moved her," along with "the nation's founding documents to great speeches, sermons, letters, literature and poetry, biography, and even some of her favorite songs and movies."

So, she didn't write it?!

Her publisher continued:

"The book will also include portraits of some of the extraordinary men and women she admires and who embody her deep love of country, her strong rootedness in faith, and her profound love and appreciation of family. It also inspired Sarah's "strong belief in the importance of family, faith, and patriotism."

Ugh! Laying it on pretty thick, aren't we?!
