Hart of Dixie star Rachel Bilson looked impeccably chic at the CW Upfront on Thursday.

The 30 year old actress and fashionista shined on to the black carpet in New York City in a frilly Chanel dress and satin Casadei pumps.

Ugh! This is devastating!

They both had so much potential!

After being on the bubble for the past few months, Ringer and The Secret Circle apparently just couldn't cut it on the CW, and both series have been officially canceled from the network's line-up next year!

Tears!

However, both Nikita and freshman series Hart of Dixie have been given new life, and will reportedly be joining FIVE new drama series that have been picked up for the Fall '12-'13 season, which include that Beauty and the Beast reboot and the Sex & the City prequel!

Well…maybe now that Sarah Michelle Gellar has some free time she can touch base with Ryan Murphy and see if he has a spot for her on the new season of American Horror Story!

But we're going to miss her as Bridget and Siobhan! So lame!

Gone far before their time!

Guess it was a horrible Monday for most people, because it seems like everyone was in need of some guilty pleasure!

The CW had a fabulous night as far as ratings are concerned. 1.12 million tuned into Gossip Girl, bringing the show up 14 & 20% week-to-week. And get this!! That sweet Hart of Dixie made their best numbers since February 20 with 1.32 million!!

Well, it looks like there is some good news and some bad news for some of our favorite CW shows!

While the ratings have been dangerously low for shows like Hart of Dixie, Nikita, Gossip Girl, and Ringer, sources close to the network have revealed that not all of them are close to being dropped!

In fact, Gossip Girl is 100% safe, along with America's Next Top Model, 90210, and The Vampire Diaries, and most likely Supernatural!

Meanwhile, it's The Secret Circle that is "on the bubble" along with Hart of Dixie, Nikita, and Ringer - it just depends on how good the new pilots are and how willing they are to pick them up!

This is NOT what we wanted to hear for Ringer - it keeps getting better and better, and we'd be devastated if it didn't get another year!

Or, we could all just start watching them more!

As we creep closer and closer to the end of this TV season, a crippling, all-consuming fear is starting to take over; a terrible sense that we might have to possibly say good-bye to some of our favorite shows. The worst news is coming out of The CW, who is gearing up to start production on a slew of new shows and may need to make room for them by axing some existing ones.

If we're to judge the shows purely on ratings, there are four shows that are in serious danger of facing the chopping block:

Fox is in the HOUSE! Get it???

Last night, Fox was the big winner in the ratings, thanks to the return of House, which was the #1 telecast in primetime! It brought in 8.7 million total viewers, and a 3.1 rating in adults 18-49! Nice!

Fox's Monday night win was ALSO helped by Alcatraz, which landed 9 million viewers and a 3.0 rating for its second week on the air.

ABC didn't do too bad last night either, thanks to The Bachelor's improved numbers! The reality show brought in 8.3 million viewers and a 2.7 rating, which is an impressive 13% jump from last week. Castle also had impressive viewership with 10.1 million folks tuning in.

NBC did OK with an airing of Who's Still Standing?, which brought in 6.4 million viewers and a 1.7 rating. The two-hour Republican debate had 7.1 million viewers and a 1.7 rating as well.

As for the CW, Hart of Dixie was down slightly with 1.6 million viewers and a 0.7 rating. Gossip Girl brought in the same numbers, which was a 23% improvement for the show in viewers and a 17% improvement in adults 18-49! Not bad!

CBS aired repeats all night long, which resulted in less-than-stellar ratings for the network.
