Um, why the hell not?! It's where the crypt doors creak and the tombstones quake! If that's not a selling point, we don't know what is!

We're about to share with you the single greatest piece of Disney news since Johnny Depp signed on for three more Pirates movies.

There is a house, down near Atlanta, on the market right now, that is moldeled after the original Haunted Mansion attraction in Disneyland, CA!

Oh yes! From the outside, you probably couldn't tell the difference between this beaut and the real thing in Anaheim! Bring along a soft pretzel and some Mickey Ears and you're all set for a spooky adventure! In fact, the guy who had this place built actually contacted the foundry that Walt Disney used to make the iron details of the original Haunted Mansion and had them make the ones for this house! Commitment to detail!!

Unfortunately, there are some significant differences inside the house. You won't find 999 happy haunts or doom buggies in this 4-four story manor. But you will find 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with fantastic views, a hot tub and an upstairs guest suite.

Cause, you know, there's always room for one more! ANY VOLUNTEERS?! HAHAHAHA!

…Okay, so they're not THAT scary, but they might make you jump…if you were actually on the ride.

Nice to see that they were able to update this classic attraction, without ruining its integrity.

Disney is referring to their Magic Kingdom project as their version of The Avengers, but we're referring to it as AMAZING!

The studio is looking to make a film that could bring their other films together, kind of like a Night At The Museum type of film, but with Disney characters instead of Museum installations.

How awesome would it be to see Pirates of The Caribbean's Jack Sparrow swordfighting with Goofy on one of the uppermost towers of Cinderella's Castle?

The original version of the Magic Kingdom script was written by Battlestar Galactica creator Ronald D. Moore, but Disney is currently looking for another writer to continue work on the script.

At this point, we probably won't get to see this movie for a while, since Disney has a bunch of projects that they're looking to pursue first, including the upcoming Tron: Legacy release and Pirates of the Caribbean 4.

They're also working on film versions of other Disney rides, including Jungle Cruise, a Tomorrowland project, and a Haunted Mansion remake.

And this time, it might not suck!

A few years back, the Disney company sacrificed creativity for $$$ after the popularity of the Pirates of the Caribbean flick. They rush released a slew of movies based off their most popular theme park attractions, including the Haunted Mansion.

You know you saw it and you know it sucked. It's the one with Eddie Murphy and the kids and Jennifer Tilly is in a ball and some other stupid crap happens.

Well, Disney has seen the error of their ways and following Disney’s Tron: Legacy presentation at Comic-Con today, director Guillermo del Toro popped out to announce he is be developing a NEW big screen adaptation of the Haunted Mansion. Guillermo promises that this time, the movie will actually be "scary" and says that he is not returning any of Eddie Murphy's calls to star.

Lolz!

As for his involvement, Guillermo has a big stake it in: co-producer, co-writer and director!

Now, we have high expectations for this, G! Don't let us down! This better be worth giving the Hobbit up for!
