Earlier this week two American Samoan businessmen filed complaints with the U.S. Department of Transportation against Hawaiian Airlines.
Avamua Dave Haleck and Daniel King each claim they were discriminated against by being profiled for their size and weighed while boarding a flight from Honolulu.
The two men filed separate complaints saying they were given new seats after the weighing to make sure the weight on the flight was evenly distributed.
