After violence erupted at the original New York City location of HE WILL NOT DIVIDE US, the actor moved the demonstration to a less populated space in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
But after threats of safety once again found its way to the installation on Thursday, LaBeouf decided to pull the plug.
The Trump protest webcam was turned off after it was reported gunshots were fired just one block away from the Historic El Rey Theater where the installation was set up.
Police say the shots were fired around 2:51 a.m. Thursday morning in downtown Albuquerque. No one with a gun was found at the location and officials cleared the scene.
According to the stream, no one was in front of the camera at that time anyway, so this incident could be totally coincidental.
