Well now it's official.
A judge signed off on the plea bargain that involved no jail time.
Looks like Chad Johnson won't actually be going to jail after all!
Even though he allegedly head butted his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada in a serious argument several weeks ago.
He has apparently struck a deal with prosecutors to be able to stay out of jail.
Of course he does!
Evelyn is awesome, and now that Chad doesn't have her he's finally realizing that.
Fortunately for her, though, it's totally not going to happen — the dude head butted her (allegedly), and she's smartly filed for divorce.
Here's what a source has to say:
"To say this has been a bad week for Chad would be a drastic understatement. He is desperate to win Evelyn back, so he feels he has at least one person on his team, but she is resolute that is NOT going to happen.
"Chad has been tearfully calling and texting Ev, pouring his heart out to her and telling how sorry he is and how he has never loved anyone before as he loves her. But, it's just too little too late.
"Evelyn will not tolerate being cheated on and being physically attacked and she has washed her hands of Chad for good. She was desperately in love with him and ignored a lot of warning signs along the way, but now that she has finally woken up, she will not be taking any steps back and will not go back to him."
Good for her!
This makes us happy to hear!
The source continues:
"Despite Chad's pleas for a second chance and his assurances that he will undergo counseling, Ev is sticking to her guns. It is over between her and Chad. For good. Period."
Might as well give up, Chad. That martial bliss ship sailed the moment she was physically abused.
We wish her the best — she'll find a real man… probably sooner than later!

Some people may think that Floyd Mayweather Jr. played dirty to knock out Victor Ortiz in the ring this past weekend, but Mr. Floyd Mayweather Sr. is not one of them.
Sticking up for his son, the retired boxer and trainer told sources, "The fight was 100% fair."
He maintains that if anyone fought dirty, it was Ortiz, explaining:
"First of all, Ortiz headbutted Floyd and that was obviously intentional. If you re-watch the fight, you can see that right after they apologize to one another, the ref OK's them to fight."
Furthermore, the proud papa believes "Money" protected himself, while Ortiz left himself open for the knockout punch, continuing:
"Floyd did the right thing — the number one thing they will tell you in fighting is to ALWAYS protect yourself … The way Floyd ended the fight was 100% fair."
Does Floyd Senior's argument convince U?
