Prankster Gets Arrested For Offering Fake Jobs To College Coaches! Says He's Better Than Andy Kaufman & Andy Warhol!
What would you do if you got offered the job of your dreams? Go out for a celebratory drink? Maybe buy yourself something nice?
Well what if you later found out that the whole thing was an elaborate hoax??
Sadly, this is EXACTLY what happened to at least a dozen NFL, NBA, and college football coaches who were pranked by "comedian" Kenneth Edward Tarr!
The 32-year-old out of Los Angeles allegedly called a handful of coaches and posed as representatives from other teams and actually OFFERED them jobs!!
Kenneth found out the hard way that prank phone calls aren't exactly taken lightly and he was arrested for charges of felony eavesdropping for recording the calls without their consent! He's currently being held on $20,000 bail.
One of his victims was former Super Bowl-winning head coach Tony Dungy who believed he was offered a spot at USC and even told a radio station that he turned down the job!
What happened to the good old days when a prank call was asking someone if their refrigerator was running??
Ch-ch-check out the prank gone awry (above)!
