McDonald's is currently accepting applications for a new egg supplier.

An undercover video from an animal rights group has revealed that the fast food company's main supplier, Sparboe Farms, was operating with "significant" health code violations including unsanitary conditions and repeated acts of animal cruelty.

Thankfully, as a result of a news piece from ABC (above), McDonald's "will no longer accept" their eggs.

The undercover investigator from activist group Mercy for Animals told sources:

Usher Cancels More Shows Due To "Upper Respiratory Illness"

Poor thing.

As we reported earlier, Usher cancelled another of his performances in Berlin last night, apparently due to illness. His rep has just confirmed that he will be canceling another pair of upcoming European concerts as he has come down with some sort of "upper respiratory illness"

Last night, Usher really didn't look too good as he strolled out on stage and ended his concert early. He apologized to the fans, but it was clear by the look of him that he wasn't up to perform. We had our doubts on the cause of said illness, but his rep assured sources that Usher is actually very sick. The rep explained:

"After consultation with doctors, he has been advised to reschedule the upcoming dates in order to get the rest he needs to ensure a complete recovery."

Usher then released his own statement saying:

"I deeply regret having to reschedule the shows. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience I have caused my fans. My fans are the best in the world and I am looking forward to getting better so that I can give them the show they deserve."

We're sure, now that the situation has been explained, that the fans all understand. It's important that you take care of yourself and if you were really this sick, you should have just said so, instead of pushing yourself so hard.

Jim Carrey Quit Three Stooges Due To Concerns About Weight Gain

We can’t think of anyone more perfect to play Curly in the upcoming Three Stooges movie. Unfortunately, Jim Carrey decided to drop out for reasons unknown until now — he was worried that the weight he would have to gain for the character could cause drastic health problems.

Said Carrey:

"There wasn't any creative difficulties that led to this exit, but rather the weight gain for the role. For me, I don't really want to do anything halfway, and I don't feel like a fat suit does it. I started experimenting with it a little bit, and I gained 35, 40 pounds. I wanted to gain another 30, 40.”

Carrey explained that he was concerned that because of his age he would have trouble losing the weight when the movie finished:

"When you're (Robert) De Niro in your 20s or early 30s, you can kind of come back from that (weight gain). It's a tough thing to come back from when you're upwards of 30. Your body can't carry it or you can have a cardiac arrest."

We support his decision to pull out, even thought he would have been great!

Who do U think should replace him?
