We're just glad he's okay for now!!

Yesterday, we were super sad to hear that Ron Jeremy was in the ICU for a heart aneurysm. Mind blowingly, he was able to drive himself to get help after having sever chest pains… but it only got worse from there.

Now we're hearing he's in recovery!!

Here's what the medical team has to say:

"[He is] now resting with complete privacy and no visitors. Everyone on Ron's team has expressed well wishes and a speedy recovery!"

Awwww yeah!

We're SO HAPPY to hear everything went smoothly!

We just hope they fixed whatever was wrong — he's not out of the woods until we hear he's being released… and there's no word on that yet!

Shawn Holley, we miss you already!!

Mark Heller showed up today to represent his new fireball client and oh boy…

Lindsay Lohan had to face Judge Stephanie Sautner Wednesday in the Did She Or Did She Not Lie To Cops case following her PCH car crash over the summer.

Lindsay was under probation when the accident happened, so if the judge finds she legally screwed up, that would be a violation and she'd be moving right back on into jail!!

Today Lindsay showed up in court — looking ROUGH!! It was said that Linds would be missing her court date due to the flu, but she showed up anyways and Sautner — true to form — threw some sarcasm her way with… "I'm glad to see you're feeling better!" Ha!

After some silly bickering between Sautner and Heller over the cold and flu NOT being the same thing, Sautner laid down the law.

According to her, even if Lindsay is found not guilty in the lying case, the probation in the jewelry-theft case could still be violated since the standard of proof is lower.

Judge Sautner ordered that all parties are to appear for another hearing March 1 at 9am for the pre-trial, with Lindsay included in that order unless she wishes to appear through counsel. BUT Lindsay has agreed to appear then, so we'll get yet another riveting round of QUALITY TV! ;)

Well isn't THIS a wonderful surprise!!

Lindsay Lohan has managed to do something RIGHT for once, and has decided that going to jail for NOT showing up to her own hearing may be a little more irksome than her "upper respiratory infection."

Our Lady of Perpetual Chaos and her partner-in-crime Dina Lohan caught the last flight out of NYC Tuesday and landed in LAX (above) around midnight, and despite being SWAMPED in debt, Lilo opted for a first class ticket.

Hey, girl may be going to jail soon! She should totally enjoy decadent fineries while she still can!

BUT now the question is… WHO will show up to represent Lindsay in her lying-to-cops case?!

Rumor has it that Miz LiLo will miss yet another mandated court appearance tomorrow, claiming that she's too ill to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Saunter for her crimes. A Park Avenue doc has diagnosed Lilo with an upper respiratory infection, and insists that a flight across the country would be detrimental to her health.
