Mark Hamill is struggling to cope with the tragic loss of Carrie Fisher.

On Tuesday, the Star Wars icon passed away from cardiac arrest at UCLA Medical Center. The 60-year-old's devastating death comes just days after she suffered a massive heart attack on a United Airlines flight.

And while Mark had previously shared his sadness on Twitter, he has now issued a lengthy statement mourning the loss of his on-screen love.

He remembered his Star Wars costar, saying:

"It's never easy to lose such a vital, irreplaceable member of the family, but this is downright heartbreaking. Carrie was one-of-a-kind who belonged to us all—whether she liked it or not. She was OUR Princess, damn it, & the actress who played her blurred into one gorgeous, fiercely independent & ferociously funny, take-charge woman who took our collective breath away."

While reacting to the news of the 60-year-old's passing, Cinnabon decided it was somehow fine to post a joke about the iconic actress' "buns."

News flash: It wasn't fine.

The dessert chain took to Twitter to share a depiction of Carrie's Princess Leia crafted from powdered cinnamon, with a Cinnabon serving as the character's signature hair bun.

That would've been okay, except for the fact that Cinnabon distastefully captioned the photo:

New Details About Carrie Fisher's Heart Attack Reveal The Actress Was 'Throwing Up & Saying She Couldn't Breathe'

Poor Carrie Fisher.

As we previously reported, the Star Wars icon suffered a serious heart attack on Friday in the middle of a flight. And now, we're learning a little bit more about those terrifying moments onboard that plane.

A source told Entertainment Tonight the 60-year-old "started throwing up and saying she couldn't breathe" as her United Airlines flight was preparing to land at LAX.

The insider explained the unresponsive actress was rushed to the hospital, where doctors were monitoring her heart. Her brother, Todd, has since revealed the California native had been taken to the Intensive Care Unit, and her current condition is unknown.

ET also confirmed Carrie's sister Joely has backed out of her Friday night performance as Carabosse in Sleeping Beauty at Laguna Beach's Laguna Playhouse in light of the scary situation.

We're thinking of Carrie and her loved ones during this trying time.

Carrie Fisher's family is keeping everyone updated amid the actress' scary situation.

After suffering a major heart attack, the Star Wars alum's brother, Todd, has revealed the 60-year-old is now in the ICU. The 58-year-old opened up about his sister's latest development to Entertainment Tonight.

He told the outlet:

"She is in the intensive care unit, she is being well looked after. If everyone could just pray for her that would be good. The doctors are doing their thing and we don't want to bug them. We are waiting by patiently."

Carrie Fisher's Brother Todd Says The Star Wars Actress Is Stable & 'Out Of Emergency' After Heart Attack

We're so glad there's some good news coming out of this scary situation.

On Friday, Carrie Fisher was unresponsive after suffering a heart attack on an LAX-bound flight. First responders rushed her to UCLA Medical Center for treatment, where she was reportedly placed on a ventilator and in critical condition.

But now, the Star Wars actress' brother has revealed to the Associated Press that his sister is now stable.

Todd Fisher told the outlet the 60-year-old had stabilized and was "out of emergency" following the scare, but he couldn't divulge anymore details about his sister's health.

Ms. Fisher's daughter Billie Lourd and French Bulldog Gary are by her side at the hospital.
