While Matthew Fox's team of expert lawyers are currently dealing with the sh*tstorm that raged after Dominic Monaghan’s abuse tweets, the female party bus driver who sued Fox back in 2011 for allegedly hitting her repeatedly in the chest and crotch is dropping her lawsuit due to lack of funds.

Heather Bormann’s attorney withdrew from the suit in April, stating:

Back in August, LOST alum Matthew Fox allegedly drunkenly punched a female bus driver named Heather Bormann in her breast and crotch….and she pressed charges against him.

Then in September, the charges against Matthew were dropped, and Ms. Bormann was P-I-S-S-E-D.

Now, the bus driver is going to be even more pissed off, because Matthew is pulling a VERY audacious move by countersuing HER for being a "blatant liar."

The woman that was attacked by former Lost star Matthew Fox on Saturday has confirmed that she will be pressing charges.

As we reported earlier, Matthew stumbled out of a bar in Cleveland over the weekend and ended up trying to get onto a party bus he was no invited to. When the driver tried to escort him off, he punched the woman in her breast and her crotch. The woman retaliated with a swift jab to the jaw, but the altercation did not land Matthew in jail.

Still, this morning, the accuser, Heather Bormann, went to speak with prosecutors in downtown Cleveland and when she left, she announced she would pressing charges against Matt.

Can't say you don't deserve it, Matt. We don't care how drunk you were - violence is inexcusable. You couldn't really hurt this woman if she didn't have the means to protect herself.
