We're actually not sure if this is early in the morning or late in the evening, but health-wise, it doesn't matter!
As long as you're active and eating healthy, which Heather Graham most CERTAINLY is, then you can work out at any time during the day and still reap all the benefits! So fab!
Heather seems to be a fan of yoga too — we wonder if she's doing traditional yoga, or DDP Yoga, which we hear is the motherf***in' bomb! Ha!
