EXCLUSIVE! Director Robert Rodriguez Talks About His BRAND NEW Projects!!!

He's been a busy guy!

Over the weekend, we had the pleasure of attending Robert Rodriguez's Comic Con panel and his after party celebrating his latest venture - a new media studio called Quickdraw Productions. This company has A LOT of amazing projects in the works, including a new Sin City flick, which Robert admitted was very seriously in the works, and some technologically advanced, extremely AWESOME collaborative projects!

Check out the video (above) to hear Robert talk about what's coming next from his genius brain!

Oh, we should also mention that during his panel, Robert confirmed not only one Machete sequel being in the works, but TWO! Also, there might've been some talk about sending those characters to … space! You know, the final frontier!

Oh no! Listen to us! See what Comic-Con has done to our brain! We're quoting Star Trek now! Ahh!

P.S. - We were just kidding about there being two sequels to Machete. It's getting one sequel, Machete Kills, with a trailer following at the end for Machete … In Space! It's supposed to be a spoff.

Then again, Rob said it aloud, so maybe, just maybe….

Metallica Returning To The Studio With Rick Rubin

Rick Rubin beard work

Metallica fans, rejoice!

Not only is the heavy metal band about to start working on their 10th studio album, but super-producer Rick Rubin, who was behind their last album Death Magnetic, is returning to produce!

Bassist Robert Trujillo expressed his excitement to get back into the studio with Rubin, or the ”zen guru”, in a recent radio interview, saying:

"Yeah. I love working with Rick. Rick, to me, he's sort of a Zen guru spirit that Metallica needs right now. Not to say that we need it, because we're getting along incredibly well, we're really excited to write some new music. There's no shortage of riffage in Metallica world right now. And I think it's only gonna get better."

The metal heads are also quite cultured and are looking forward to their first show in India, which they never imagined in their "wildest dreams", as Trujillo explained:

"It's an honour for all of us that we get to be a metal band and share our music with fans in India. We love traveling and experiencing other cultures."

We're sure Metallica fans will be pret-ty stoked about this news! Are U happy to hear that Metallica is working with Rick Rubin again?
