Dolph Ziggler Wins Heavyweight Title!

dolph ziggler wwe heavyweight title win beat del rio

Dolph Ziggler has one of the funniest names in WWE history (seriously, just say it a few times), and now he also has the heavyweight title!!

Alberto Del Rio was injured when he fought Jack Swagger, which means that Dolph had an even better chance of winning going up against a less than 100% Del Rio! The evolution of Ziggler from a midcard staple to a main event star seems to have come full circle!

Great work, Dolph!

Sorry about being #2, Del Rio! LOLz!

Listen To This: Light As A Feather

Rachael Yamagata released her debut, Happenstance, way back in 2004. It was one of our favorite "girl with piano" albums from that decade. Singer/songwriter, revealing, melodic - it really connected with us!

She has released a good amount of material since then, but nothing has resonated with us like Happenstance. Until now!

Yamagata has released a new EP, which in our eyes and thankful ears is a return to form.

The title track, Heavyweight, reminds us why we fell in love with Rachael in the first place!

It is so simple yet stirring! Just piano, strings, her haunting vocals, an exquisite melody and smart lyrics. So beautiful! So GOOD!

If you like Regina Spektor or Sia, then you're really gonna dig this song! Check it out above!

Mike Tyson Signed Autographs At Boxing Gym

Mike Tyson autograph session

For a WHOLE…ten minutes? Lameballs!

Much to fan's delight, Mike Tyson stopped by an LA Boxing gym in Maryland on Sunday for an appearance to sign autographs, but to their disappointment, he left after only ten minutes.

We guess a little time the former heavyweight champ is better than no time with the former heavyweight champ.

It looks like Tyson made the most of the ten minutes he WAS there though and had a blast with fans.

Check out more pics of the short autograph session below!

The superstars of WWE's RAW stopped in Ireland this past Friday where it was a welcome homecoming for the World Wrestling Federation's United States Champion Sheamus.

Before becoming an American wrestling superstar, he was a two-time International Heavyweight Champion during his tenure in Irish Whip Wrestling.

The touring wrestling entertainment company held the event at an arena in Dublin, which is Sheamus' hometown.

Wrestlers posed with fans for meet and greets before electrifying the arena and body slamming each other's little hearts out on the mat.

Check out more pics of the Irish wrestler and other WWE superstars at the international event below!

Boxing World Heavyweight Champion David Haye Trains To Defend Title

David Haye WBA Champion trains

David Haye, the reigning Word Boxing Association Heavyweight Champion, was seen working on his left and right in a boxing gym in Miami on Monday.

The boxer is training full force and perfecting that "hayemaker" for his upcoming fight against Wladimir Klitschko.

The nearly undefeated champ has only lost one professional fight during his career and it looks like he's not planning on making it two anytime soon either!

The match-up between the two heavyweights will fall on either June 25 or July 2, with seven countries, including South Africa, Switzerland, Germany, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Monaco and the United States, vying to host the big fight.

Good luck this summer, David!
