Kirsten Dunst Drunk Bootsy Bellows

Uh oh!

Looks like actress Kirsten Dunst had a bit of a Cinderella moment last night in El Lay!

Now, now, Perezcious readers! It’s not QUITE what it looks like!

While leaving Metta World Peace’s party at Bootsy Bellows in WeHo Thursday night, Kirsten and her friend tried to escape from the paps — but seemed to get ALL tripped up in the process!

Check out Kirsten’s shoe mishap (above)!

Turns out, while attempting to dodge the photogs, they both got their heels caught in one of those pesky tree grates!

Whoops! So much for outrunning the paparazzi, LOLz!

Toe Wrestling??

Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & TrueZportz

What the what!

We had no idea this even existed! Check out the video above for the weird (and kinda gross if you aren't into the idea of feet) world of the Toe Wresting Championship!

It's a lot like arm wrestling, but with your feet!

Honestly, we were totally expecting the guy who calls himself the "Predatoe" and wears a Predator mask to win anyway! He's got the psych-out element! Ha!

Oh, and we think the video makes enough puns, so we left that up to them! LOLz!

The Secret Of Running

The fellas at Dynamics of Motion are back to share with you The Secret of Running!

Did you know most running related injuries occur because thick padding on the sole of "running" shoes encourages us to land with our heel first on the ground, instead of the ball of the foot.

Landing on the heel is often the reason for many knee, ankle, and even back inuries!

Check out video above to learn the proper running technique and get the most out of your workout, while avoiding any injuries!
