In an open letter, the mother of one is not only defending Kim, but is defending pregnant women everywhere who have to deal with the scrutiny of their changing bodies.

Liv Tyler and her photographer, supermodel Helena Christensen, celebrated their Vs. magazine cover on Tuesday with a big ol' star-studded party at NYC's Paul Gerards Exchange Alley.

Some in attendance were Josh Hartnett, designer Erin Fetherston, Ali Hewson, Bebe Buell, Jason Weinberg, Michael Stipe, Thomas Dozol, Juris Kupris, Syrie Moskowitz and Colette Lumiere.

Noticeably absent from the soiree were fellow cover girls Coco Rocha, Rachel McAdams and Amanda Seyfried, so we're going to assume they had prior engagements.
