Good idea!
Bret Michaels is planning on going on tour with Poison, but the band is preparing for the worst just in case!
Someone on tour will be in charge of providing bus drivers with a list of every hospital from location to location so they can get there fast if need be.
The band hopes that Bret will be back on stage as soon as May 26! He's been making great progress at a private rehab facility after suffering a hemorrhage near his brain stem last month.
He's expected to make a full recovery, but we hope he takes it easy, too!
Stay well, Bret!

Wowsa!
After facing and surviving a life-threatening brain hemorrhage, Bret Michaels is now considering marrying the mother of his children Kristi Gibson!
He says:
"As painful as this experience has been, I was given a second chance, right? I don't want to sit around every night worrying this is going to happen again. What I want to do is make a positive bucket list and say, 'I'm just gonna go for it.' There's just so much more I want to do and experience.
"[Getting married], for sure, is something I have never done. Kristi's such a great person. We'll see if that happens. But yes, that may be one of the big things on the list. My first goal is to get back (to) 100 per cent. I want to continue to rock the world, and I want to continue to love my family and be a good father."
Kristi and Bret were together from 1994 to 2005 and recently reunited. They have two daughters together Raine and Jorja.
Oh, shiz! Does this mean no more Rock of Love?!

Wowsa — he wasted no time!
Bret Michaels takes the cover of People magazine this week to talk about his time in the hospital suffering from a brain hemorrhage.
While we don't think it's going to break any records like Sandy's baby issue, we think it could be another big seller for People!
Will U be picking it up at the newsstand?

Sounds like he's making progress!
Bret Michaels' sister Michelle says that he is "definitely doing better and was starting to walk a little bit!"
That's great news! She continues:
“He’s up and moving but it is not going to surprise me if he is still in the ICU on Friday. I think they’re having a problem really getting the bleed…I think there are some issues…that’s why the back pain.
“What’s happened is all that blood in his brain is starting to drain and he’s starting to have a lot of back pain. It’s been I can hear it in his voice, I know he’s in a lot of pain…He’s so happy that everybody is pulling for him."
St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix will be holding a news conference with a full update on Bret's condition, treatment and prognosis. Michelle adds:
“The fact that he got medical treatment right away, he went immediately and because there is one of the best neurological centers in America there he was very fortunate and I think he will recover quickly and it wouldn’t surprise me to see him back there sooner than most."
Keep it up, Bret! Stay strong!

Next Tuesday, according to Bret Michaels rep, the doctors treating the Poison frontman will hold a press conference to go into further detail about Bret's condition.
When announcing the news this morning, Bret's rep said that he is still receiving hyponatremia treatments and that Bret is still in critical condition. He explained:
"If a patient survives the initial rupture, the first 7 to 10 days after are the most critical as an additional rupture or other complications may arise."
Poor guy! We're still pulling for you, Bret!

We're not a doctor, but even we know that your theory is unlikely!
Donald Trump, M.D. is running with all the publicity he is getting because of Bret Michaels' unfortunate condition. In his most recent interview, The Donald gave his insightful opinion as to what he thought brought on Bret's hemorrhage:
“He did the Tony Awards [last year] where he got whacked; he got hit really, really hard. That was a year ago so that sounds like a long time. But with brains… Something like that could cause it, but no one really knows what caused it."
Um, if you recall Donald, Bret's nose got the most of the beating on that fateful night when a set piece came down on the Tony stage and whacked him in the face. Sure, he took a spill and hit his head on the way down, but like you said, it was a year ago. Should we all be fearful that the next time we take a tumble, a year later we'll be in the hospital?
Don't think so!

This is not sounding good!
Donald Trump has said that currently ailing Bret Michaels is in "big, big trouble and the prognosis is not great."
Michaels is still in critical condition after a brain hemorrhage, but Trump thinks that Bret's spunky personality could help him fight through it.
Trump says:
"He turns out to be an amazing competitor and ultimately that is the thing that could save his life."
We sure hope so!
