An anonymous woman is suing the young actor on behalf of her 16-year-old daughter, who alleges that 21-year-old Henry took advantage of her.

According to the claims, Hopper met the girl through a mutual friend, flirted with her on Facebook, and invited her over for drinking and drugs.

The two then met several more times over the next few months where Henry continued to have sex with the girl while under the influence. The girl's lawyer says:
