Last we heard about Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, Tom Hardy was in talks to star as Abe Lincoln's unlikely vampire partner-in-hunting Henry Sturges.

Now, it looks like there's some potentially big news: Eric Bana is in talks to play the President himself, Abraham Lincoln!

If Bana and Hardy team up to hunt vampires on the big screen together, we think we can safely say that Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter will be the hawtest vampire movie EVER!

As we already know, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter will be released on June 22, 2012.

What we DIDN'T know is that Inception's Tom Hardy may very well join Honest Abe on his treacherous journey!

Hardy has been offered the role of Henry Sturges, a vampire who helps Lincoln on his quest.

If he turns down the role, maybe they should just offer Hardy the role of Abraham Lincoln himself! Who wouldn't want to see sexy, honest Abe take down vampires?
