Lana Del Rey Trades Blue For Red In Berlin

We’re seeing red!

As the face of H&M’s latest campaign, Lana Del Rey must have her pick of everything in the store, so we’re not surprised she went for this blood red Maison Martin Margiela for H&M number for a private concert in Berlin on Sunday night.

It’s striking and fierce and totally Lana!

The loose draping and asymmetrical hemline–which revealed a very toned thigh–made the hipster princess look like a total prima donna.

Though the original frock is a lot looser around the waist, Miz Del Rey cinched it in with a wide black patent belt.

Great choice! It looks way more seksi this way!

Long chocolate brown waves and dark red lips put the perfect finishing touch on this look.

Thoughts???

Urban Outfitters is selling a HIGHlarious new t-shirt that will satisfy all your political humor desires.

Catering to what some say are "hipster Republicans," a new line of shirts have popped up that say such catchy phrases like "2 Legit 2 Mitt" and "Mitt is the Sh-t."

Nothing can compare to a T-shirt with the face of Mittens attached to the body of MC Hammer though.

Srsly.

Whether or not you're a Mitt Romney fan, you have to admit, this shirt is pretty punny!

Ashlee Simpson was in a really good mood on Tuesday night after dining with friends at Dominicks in West Hollywood.

She's still in her hipster fashion phase, but hopefully she'll get over that soon. We want the old Ashlee circa 2008 to make a comeback!

American Apparel Claims They Still Use "Real" People As Models

For years American Apparel has stood by their non-model policy, but now they're coming under fire for recently hiring Australian model Zanita Whittington for some of their scantily clad adverts.

However, the hipsters over at AA took time out of their busy butt casting schedule to slam those allegations.

Creative Director, Iris Alonzo said in a statement:

I'd say that 95% of the people we shoot have never been professionally photographed before, and approximately 50% of those people work for the company in some capacity. I'm excited to work with someone like Zanita, who we found through her blog and whose self-portraits we recently featured in our collaboration with LOOKBOOK.nu. She may be a professional model, but I think she's making more waves with her photography and styling and that's what we'll focus on when we collaborate. In the same vein, I was excited to shoot Martine, a fashion marketing assistant who works at our Los Angeles headquarters, and C Diamond, a retail backstock employee, because their personal style and energy resonates with the brand. What's most important to us is that our photographs and advertisements capture our garments and models as they naturally are.

So does that mean they're naturally slutty and into showing off their tittays and vajayjay? Oh and we can't forget they can't be ugly!

Iris continues the rant by adding:

Our $50/hour flat rate for modeling means we don't have agents knocking on our door too often and we like it that way. Many American Apparel models work with us because they support our company or appreciate our aesthetic, or better yet, they are employees who have helped build the company into what it is today. To me, this is a big part of the reason American Apparel images evoke the emotions that they do.

Sure, the emotions of a cheap porno.
