Julianne Moore is putting her foot down!

Recently, the actress — along with friend and producer Bruce Cohen — created a change.org petition to rename their alma mater — J.E.B. Stuart High School — in Fairfax County, VA.

The school — founded in 1959 — was named after the Confederate general who fought to keep African Americans enslaved.

According to their petition, which has already racked up over 29,000 signatures:

"No one should have to apologize for the name of the public high school you attended and the history of racism it represents, as we and so many alumni of Stuart have felt the need to do our whole lives."

The moniker is only made worse by the school's symbol: an image of Stuart waving the Confederate flag atop a horse.

Instead, the Oscar winner believes her education center should be named after civil rights leader and Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall.

In a statement, she exclaimed:

He just never has a bad day, does he?

Trevor Donovan may be our No. 1 celebrity crush, and the fact that he just keeps having sexy photo shoots is giving us life!

The 36-year-old actor just finished his run on History's Texas Rising and he's already in talks to star in the TV adaptation of the upcoming novel The Man Who Wasn't.

The Ty Hunter book series is about a superstar who uses his fame as a mask for his undercover spy operations, and we think Trevor would be perfect for the part!

The first book, entitled The Spy Who Jumped Off the Screen, came out in 2012, and the second installment hasn't even dropped yet, so if Hollywood is already jumping at the chance to bring the franchise to the small screen, it must be a pretty big get.

But of course, we'd watch Trevor in absolutely anything, so give him more roles! Maybe The Man Who Wasn't Dressed… LOLz!

George Clooney Gives Amal The Grand Food Tour Of His Favorite Hometown Spots In Augusta, Kentucky!

Ah, there's no place like home for a fun family reunion — and for George Clooney, that's in Augusta, Kentucky!

While the handsome 54-year-old was in town for some family matters, he found time to take Amal Clooney out on a nice little date around his hometown on Wednesday!

[ Related: George Reveals What He Can Get Away With In His Marriage ]

The duo stopped by one of Georgie's favorite places in town: Magee's Bakery!

Co-owner Russell Dickson dished about the loving newlyweds and said:

"They were fun as a couple! They ordered the transparent, that's his thing, he loves the transparent."

From what we understand, the transparent is the name of these little pie-like pastries the bakery is known for! How presh!

Russell went on to give the world a little history lesson, recalling:

"His family has been a customer for years, so I kind of half grew up with him always hanging around the bakery. He stops in maybe once a year or so."

The transparent pastries weren't the only thing the lovebirds munched on! They apparently also had some pudding from the popular local spot!

Later on, George took his wife out to dinner at Caproni's on the River! Sounds like a great end to a wonderful day!

Sigh, imagine being shown around George Clooney's hometown by George himself!

Raven-Symoné Doesn't Think Harriet Tubman Should Be On The $20 Bill Because She's Not Progressive Enough?!

no title

That's so Raven?!

Recently, a grassroots campaign called "Women On 20s" started a viral frenzy when they proposed that former president Andrew Jackson be taken off the $20 bill and replaced with African-American abolitionist Harriet Tubman — who during the 1800s used the Underground Railroad to rescue approximately seventy family and friends from slavery.

Well apparently Tubman's work just doesn't impress Raven-Symoné!

On Wednesday's episode of The View, the former child star revealed that she didn't like the idea of putting the historical legend on such currency!

She said:

"No offense to everyone that's going to be mad at me for saying this, I don't like that idea… I think we need to move a little bit more forward. Let me just preface that I understand the history, I get it, trust me, I was taught, I was in that culture… I would've chosen Rosa Parks."

As to why she would've chosen Parks over Harriet Tubman, the 29-year-old believes the former is more progressive and more in-line with our current political landscape:
