Oh celebs and their monetary answers to all legal problems!

Lucky lady Amanda Bynes was recently able to reach a financial settlement in both of her hit and run cases, and the criminal charges stemming from both incidents were thrown out.

Apparently, the LA City Attorney is NOT happy about this slap-in-the-face to America's justice system, especially since Manda was involved in two similar car scuffles AND she is still facing a DUI case.

Which is totes understandable, because honestly girl is obviously a hazard to other drivers on the road and has blatantly been ignoring the law ALL YEAR.

Ah well… hopefully she has finally learned her lesson and perhaps now that she's living in NYC she can utilize its superior public transport.

Or at least hire a freakin' driver!

Kristen Bell attended the Target party on Wednesday in NYC to celebrate the reatiler's first-ever shoppable short film, Falling For You, and she was looking perfect in plaid!!

The Hit and Run actress wore head-to-toe Target in blue skinny jeans, a plaid jacket and brown booties.

Also joining K-Bell on the red carpet were co-stars, Zachary Burr Abel and Nia Long, who also looked great in their bulls eye-wear.
