HLN's Ashleigh Banfield Goes HAM On Writer Of Aziz Ansari Sexual Misconduct Story After Receiving Vicious Email! WATCH!

No one criticizes Ashleigh Banfield's "burgundy lipstick" and gets away with it!

As we reported on Monday, the host of Crime & Justice RIPPED into babe's Aziz Ansari sexual misconduct piece, saying the anonymous accuser — known simply as "Grace" — is actually hurting the Time's Up and #MeToo movements with her accusations.

Apparently, a producer tried to get the writer of the controversial story, Katie Way, on the HLN show, but they apparently received a vicious, insulting email in return!

On Tuesday's episode, the anchor actually reads part of Way's reported email to paint a picture of the kind of person she is. Banfield recites:

"Ashleigh, someone who I am certain nobody under the age of 45 has heard of, I hope the 500 retweets on the single news write up made that burgundy lipstick, bad highlights, secondwave feminist has-been really relevant for a little while."

The 50-year-old then SLAMS the babe reporter for the below the belt jabs:

"The reason I want to share that is because if you truly believe in the #MeToo movement, if you truly believe in women's rights, if you truly believe in feminism, the last thing you should do is attack someone in an ad hominem way for her age, I'm 50, and for my highlights… We do not attack people for their age, or their highlights or their lipstick because it is the most hypocritical thing a woman who says she supports the women's movement could ever do and that's the caliber of the woman who was given all of this power and was able to wield this power."

Ashleigh Banfield is FED UP!

As we reported, a woman with the pseudonym of "Grace" spoke to babe about an incident involving Aziz Ansari which she calls "the worst experience with a man [she has] ever had." Specifically, the photographer is accusing the Masters of None star of pressuring her into performing several sexual acts even though she "was physically giving off cues that [she] wasn't interested."

On Monday, the comedian released a statement labeling the encounter as "completely consensual."

That same day, the host of HLN's Crime & Justice is calling BS on Grace's story, and believes she is actually hurting the #MeToo and Time's Up movements.

Banfield exclaimed during a segment:

"By your own clear description, this wasn't a rape, nor was it a sexual assault. By your description, your sexual encounter was unpleasant… You have chiseled away at a movement that I, along with all of my sisters in the workplace, have been dreaming of for decades. A movement that has finally changed an oversexed professional environment that I, too, have struggled through at times over the last 30 years in broadcasting… The #MeToo movement has righted a lot of wrongs and it has made your career path much smoother… What a gift. Yet, you looked that gift horse in the mouth and chiseled away at that powerful movement with your public accusation."

Nancy Grace doesn't like it when her morals are questioned!

The legal commentator may be known for reporting on traumatic events, but she had to escape her own trauma when a heated interview got real ugly!

On Tuesday, Grace abruptly ended her Sirius Radio interview when hosts Jim Norton and Sam Roberts kept asking some hard questions about how the former HLN host capitalizes on tragedies.

Video: Nancy SLAMS Brendan Dassey's Overturned Conviction!

After Norton and Roberts kept pressing the 56-year-old on why she exploits trauma, Grace fired back by saying the hosts hadn't "asked one decent question since I've walked in here."

Things only got worse from there, when Norton threw out another hardball question about Grace's use of hashtags when reporting on tragedies. He asked:

She just got law schooled!

There may still be a strong debate over whether Making A Murderer star Steven Avery actually murdered Teresa Halbach, but the same can't be said about Avery's nephew Brendan Dassey — whose conviction of Halbach's rape and murder was overturned by a federal judge last week.

Most people who watched the Netflix docu-series cheered over the case's newest development, but Nancy Grace isn't among those applauding the release of the 26-year-old.

On Monday night's taping of her HLN show, Grace asked attorney David Bruno to explain how a judge could overturn Dassey's conviction.

The attorney cited the fact that Dassey's statement was not voluntary, and video evidence shows that officers used "promises and pressures" to coerce him into involuntary confession during his interrogation.

But Grace wasn't impressed by that answer, and responded by saying

Ellen DeGeneres's New Game Show Was Cancelled Before It Even Aired! Find Out If Heads Up Is Down For The Count!

It's no Lip Sync Battle

If there's one game Ellen DeGeneres LOVES to play with her celebrity guests, it's Heads Up!

The popular segment that has one player trying to guess phrases and words that the other player has to act out is so popular, it spawned its own app.

And though the game makes for great TV when it results in Zac Efron performing a lap dance, the concept apparently isn't exciting enough to anchor its own game show!

According to Variety, HLN has decided it no longer plans to air the spinoff — even though it already filmed 65 episodes!

A network spokeswoman confirmed that the Ellen-produced game show, which was hosted by The Real panelist Loni Love, will not air on the Time Warner-owned cable network.

However, this might not be the end for Heads Up! as its own show — as it just might not be the best fit for HLN.

Time Warner executives are still retooling the sister network to CNN, unsure of what exactly they want to do with the cable outlet — but say that Heads Up could find a home on another channel!

Do YOU hope another network airs Ellen's game show?

Steven Avery's Ex-Lawyer Says His Former Fiancée Is Not A 'Reliable Witness' & Still Believes His Old Client Is Innocent!

Find out why he thinks Jodi changed her mind!

As we reported, Steven Avery's former fiancée dramatically changed her tune about whether or not she believes her ex is guilty.

ICYMI, Jodi Stachowski's interview for Nancy Grace's HLN show aired Wednesday night, and she adamantly expressed that she feels the Making A Murderer subject is "not innocent."

On Thursday, Jerry Buting — one of Steven's defense attorneys from the Netflix docu-series — discredited her new claims and STILL believes the 53-year-old is telling the truth, opening up to Rolling Stone:

"Realize that there was a fair amount of coverage with Jodi [in the documentary]. She was getting a lot of pressure, even while the trial was going on, to try and turn her away from Steven Avery. It's many years, who knows what kind of pressure and influences have been exerted against her to try and make express that kind of opinion."

He continued to say that what really matters is her opinion from the time of the trial, adding:

"Bottom line is that when things were contemporaneous, happening back during that time, she did not have that opinion. She was very supportive of him. So, why is she changing her opinion? I don't know at this point."

However, in her sit-down, Jodi claimed that the only reason she had been standing by her man was because he "used to beat" her, and told her she had to "make him look good" in the doc "or else."

But Jerry doesn't believe his old client's former flame can really be taken at face value regarding these allegations, saying:
