Filed under: TV NewsGame Of Thrones

If only it were true… we still have to wait until Sunday!

Though, maybe they mean that there are no more Sundays (or Mondays) that have to pass before we get to peep some sweetballz dragon action!! We're TOO excited!!

First, we're lucky enough that Game of Thrones KNOWS we've been waiting, so they're happy to feed us little treats in the form of promos (above). Then, they're like, we might as well give 'em a little more… and slap us with a featurette about the Wildlings (below)!

It's even more than 5 minutes long!!

We'll never get rid of this boner now!! Our day is ruined in the BEST possible way! LOLz!!

Ch-ch-check them both out!! We hope you enjoy the promo as much as the featurette …AFTER THE JUMP!!!

Alexander Skarsgard's Sexy Drive

Alexander Skarsgard Los Angeles Shopping Gas

Bite us, please!

But if not, maybe we could just drive around with Alexander Skarsgard and pump his…gas.

The True Blood hottie hunk king of all things sexxxy was spotted doing his own gas pumping in El Lay followed by some shopping.

Maybe he was looking for an outfit for a certain role?

While it really doesn't matter what he is doing, we're glad he keeps doing things for us to dream about later.

If there's anything this world needs, it is more ASkars!

Halleluyer! HBO Renews True Blood And Newsroom!

hbo-true-blood-newsroom-picked-up-for-another-season.jpg

We just got on our hands and knees for ASkars (Talbot stylez) to pray to the gods above for blessing us with this wonderful news!!!

HBO has officially renewed one of our favorite guilty pleasures, True Blood, for a SIXTH season, as well as their new hit show, Aaron Sorkin's The Newsroom for a second season.

And that show's only been on the air for two weeks!!

The Jeff Daniels drama has been getting mixed reviews, but the season premiere brought in HUGE ratings, which is why this decision was a no-brainer for the paid cable network.

If HBO just keeps

Newsroom Debut Beats True Blood's

newsroom

This just in: Newsroom premiere did pretty damn good!

2.7 million total viewers took advantage of their HBO subscription, to see Jeff Daniels in his new role Sunday night.

That's waaaaay better than the Girls first season premiere, which only ranged up 1.1 hipsters.

The new news show even out-performed True Blood's series premiere — which picked up 1.4 million fangers for the pilot airing.

Of course… that's not the case anymore. The new episode of True Blood, that came on right before the new Aaron Sorkin show debut, sunk their fangs into 4.7 million viewers.

But in all reality, no one expected a show about a cable news network beating a seXXXy show about vampires anyway! LOL!

Talk about beating a dead horse. (Pun intended.)

Even though Luck has been cancelled, PETA hasn't let up on the horse-killing show.

They've just released an ad condemning the show and calling out

HBO Defends Accidental Horse Deaths

On the set of the HBO series Luck, two horses were injured and euthanized on set during racing sequences.

Sad.

So naturally they've come under fire from PETA.

They said in a statement:

"From the very outset of this project, the safety of the animals was of paramount concern to us. Recent assertions of lax attitudes or negligence could not be further from the truth.

We partnered early on with American Humane Association, who is the only mandated authority in the industry, and we work very closely with the AHA and racing industry experts to implement safety protocols that go above and beyond typical film and TV industry standards and practices."

They wanted to make sure it was known that every precaution was taken and these were truly just accidents.

The statement continued:

"For example, pre-race exams are performed by a California Horse Racing Board certified veterinarian, and radiographs are taken of the legs of all horses being considered for use in any simulated racing sequences.

Everyone associated with Luck cares deeply about the well-being of the horses who are so much a part of the heart and soul of the production."

We believe that they did all they could for the horses safety but these accidents still happened for a reason and we hope they find out why so that this never happens again.
