Jodie Foster is saying bye-bye to the Hollywood Hills!

The actress, who gave a very moving — and slightly confusing — coming out speech at the Golden Globes this year, has officially listed her Hollywood Hills mansion for $6.4 million!

Talk about a big chunk of change!

The property, built in the style of a Spanish Villa, comes with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two half bathrooms, an office and some secluded grounds. What’s more, it comes with a special guest suite, too!

We knew firemen battled blazes and rescued kittens, but we somehow never realized breaking into Katy Perry's home was part of their job description!

There was apparently quite a scare today at KatyKat's new Hollywood Hills home when a false alarm was tripped and the El Lay Fire Department was forced to respond!

Photographers at the scene even snapped photos of LAFD dudes hopping the Firework singer's fence!

Since they didn't just walk in the front door, we're forced to assume the pop starlet

Kat Von D, who is in the process of planning an underwater-themed wedding with Deadmau5, is making a whole lot of BIG life changes right now!!

This celebrity tattoo artist has just listed her Gothic-themed Hollywood Hills home on the market, so if you’re into dark and ornate styling, you’ll probably LURRVEE this!!

The house spans 4,148 square feet and contains four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a large yard, and a castle-esque facade. Asking price? $2.5 million dallahs, dahling!

We can only be left to interpret this as a sign that she and DeadMau5 are planning to procure a new place for themselves!!!

Hugh Hefner takes care of his ladies lady.

The original Playboy spent $5 million on a 5,900 square-foot home last month for his wife Crystal Harris. The Hollywood Hills property, officially owned by both Hugh and Crystal, is a 4 bedroom-5 bath with a gorgeous pool and AH-mazing view!

Though the married couple still reside at the Playboy Mansion, without any intention of moving, the purchase was made as Hugh rents out the Playboy Enterprise-owned estate. LOLz!

Look out world, Chris Evans is relocating to a neighborhood near you!! But only if you live anywhere near Laurel Canyon in the Hollywood Hills area.

Katy Perry will sell the Hollywood Hills mansion she co-owns with ex-husband Russell Brand — she just listed it on the open market for a cool $6.295 mil!!

It honestly makes us a bit misty-eyed. We always hope these two might rekindle their fabulous flames for each other!!

Maybe the there isn't spacious enough to comfortably hold their love, LOLz!!

Maybe John Mayer wants to buy the 3-acre, 8,835 square feet, 7 bdrm / 11 bath mansion

He could turn it into a hipster parking lot! Or a luxurious storage space for his plethora of floppy hats!!

It looks like our favorite California gurl Katy Perry is testing out the housing market!

Apparently KP is trying to sell her Hollywood Hills pad that she bought with her ex-hubby Russell Brand, but she’s not having ANY luck!

We hear that she was hoping to get around $8 million for her crib, but now that she’s not getting any nibbles she’s willing to shave more than $1 million off of the price tag. She'll also be posting her place on the multiple listing service to try and get the word out after trying to keep the deal on the down-low.

She must have had some bad memories there, because it sounds like she’s desperate to get out and move on!

It sounds like she's making the right moves to sell her pad, but in the meantime, it looks like her BF John Mayer will just have to make room for one more!
