Did Beyonce Steal Her Billboard Performance Idea??

There is some speculation as to whether or not Beyonce lifted her performance from one that Lorella Cuccarini did in 2010. Check out the video above to see a side by side comparison!

We can totally see the similarities and what they're talking about. Absolutely.

But did she steal it?

We're more inclined to think it's an homage that Bey took to the next level! Her performance is way more visceral, and we're sure that any similarities were discussed beforehand — you can't have an idea like this be so close to someone else's without realizing it. We'd be willing to bet that Lorella knows too!

What do U think is going on here??

Beyonce Gives Props To Boyz II Men On Her New Album

Beyonce is giving the Motownphilly group some lovin'.

She'll be sampling Boyz II Men's Uhh Ahh on her upcoming album 4.

Having once given her and Destiny's Child a chance way back in the day, Bey says she just wants to pay homage to the group that treated her so well. She reveals:

"I wanted to do something refreshing and different, so I mixed genres and drew inspiration from touring, traveling, watching rock bands, and attending festivals… I was like a mad scientist, putting lots of different songs together.

Boyz II Men were the first ones to put Destiny's Child on tour. They showed us how to treat an opening act and I will never forget that. That was 15 years ago! Wow, 15 years! I'm old."

LOLz. Far from it Bey. We are VERY excited about the new album though. It sounds AWE-SOME.

Nice! We really like this!

Check out Chris Brown's new video for She Ain't You! (above)

This is the Chris we like to see - smooth, energetic, bold - just like Michael Jackson in his heyday.

Good stuff! We love the sampling of MJ's Human Nature!

Enjoy!

Kat Graham, On Her Janet Jackson Tribute!

Such a smart - and classy - move, if we do say so ourself!

Kat Graham recently revealed that her FIERCE mash-up and accompanying music video of the Janet Jackson tracks Love Will Never Do (Without You) and Escapade was her way of paying tribute to the icon, who has influenced her heavily!

Kat tells the NY Post:

"It’s a tribute to Janet, from me. It’s not like I’m trying to take anyone out, I just wanted to say, 'oh my god, I love you so much, let me pay my respects now.' I know I’m going to get comparisons [to Janet] because of my whole acting, dancing, singing thing — so this is me taking the bull by the horns and thanking her first and foremost."

Amazing! Janet has clearly been an influence on her and we think it's a lovely - and catchy as hell - homage to all that she's done, as a performer!

We DEFINITELY think that she'd approve, bb!

Keep up the good work!

David Brent Is Back! Ricky Gervais To Cameo On The Office!

Filed under: TV NewsSteve CarellRicky Gervais

Holy shiz. This is HUGE.

Paul Lieberstein, producer of The Office, dropped a BOMB earlier today when he revealed that Ricky Gervais, who created the UK Office and played the character that ultimate inspired Steve Carrell's role, filmed a cameo as David Brent for the series that will air in the cold open of the January 27th episode!

And he's kept this on the DL since September, because that's apparently when the scene was filmed!

He reveals:

"It's a little more than if you blink, you'll miss it, but if you don't set your TiVo right, you'll miss it. Ricky had wanted to do something [with the U.S. Office] and it felt like we shouldn't go the whole series without them connecting. But we had some issues to work out, like how does David Brent live in the world of Michael Scott. It's outside of the office, and it's just the two of them interacting. It's just a llittle nod to Steve and his final year. We didn't even tell NBC at first. So [Ricky] worked for free. But don't print that — it might get him in trouble with the INS."

Ha! This is absolutely amazing!

Such a nice way to pay homage to the original series, without it compromising the reality of the US version!

At least we hope! We'll remain cautiously optimistic until it airs!

What do U think?? Are U excited for Ricky's appearance on The Office??
