The country has finally decided to allow lesbians to give blood. Gay guys, on the other hand, are sadly still on the blacklist.

Why has the Chinese government been turning down all of this perfectly good blood throughout all these years? Apparently, they have a very primitive understanding of AIDS and thought still kinda think that "being a homosexual equals AIDS."

It’s The Green Lantern!

The emerald defender, one of DC Comics classic superheroes, has been rewritten as homosexual as part of the artistic brand’s New 52 initiative - a reimagining of legendary characters for today’s more enlightened society!

Alan Scott AKA The Green Lantern was originally a married father of two, whose son was previously written as gay.

BUT, because the super has been youthfully revamped, Scott’s family life was nixed and writer James Robinson suggested Scott be gay instead.

Back in the 90's Jerry Falwell, an evangelical fundamentalist, said he was positive that the purple Teletubby was gay.

Here's what he said exactly:

"He is purple – the gay pride color; and his antenna is shaped like a triangle – the gay-pride symbol. Role modelling the gay lifestyle is damaging to the moral lives of children."

Obviously this guy wasn't a close minded individual at all, ha!

Well now, the woman who played the yellow Teletubby named Laa-Laa is saying that none of the Teletubbies were gay.

They weren't straight either!

Here's what she said regarding the former ignorant statements:

"I think it's embarrassing for the people who said it. What kind of person can take the obvious innocence and turn it into something else? We were hardly sexual beings."

During her ten years as Laa-Laa, the BBC popular show fought rumours of gay undertones.

We think Laa-Laa is definitely right. It IS embarrassing for those people to call out a children's beloved character's sexual preference–especially when it had no sexual preference at all!

We're glad that the actress has cleared that up for us.

The power is slowly slipping from those who use hatred, terror, and intimidation as means to control others…

But when we see a teeny child spouting ignorant remarks - obviously fed to him by some ignorant adult - we are reminded there are still MANY unfortunate humans who are manipulated into believing whatever someone tells them, as long as it’s under the umbrella of ‘religion’.

The disturbing video (above) depicts a young boy at the Apostolic Truth Tabernacle Church in Greensburg, Ind singing “ain’t no homos gonna make it to heaven,” to an extremely enthusiastic, cheering crowd. It has now gone viral, and has been re-posted.

Ain't no homos… so technically the double negative means all homosexuals are going heaven? AWESOME!

But you know what? Heaven is here, on Earth. We’ve already made it!
