Last year we were HORRIFIED when this poor 4-year-old was forced to strut around the Toddlers & Tiaras stage in a hooker costume.

After the episode aired — and everyone was done vomiting — the internet exploded with unified disgust for the trashy child-sexualizing pageant mother.

Well, Paisley’s back on week's episode of Toddlers & Tiaras, AND so is her shameless mom Wendy!

Instead of apologizing for her sicking behavior, the the classy mom says this:

“I got a lot of backlash, people saying that I was sexualizing her… but I made the outfit myself, the outfit was very non-revealing, and she would not be as well known if it were not for that costume."

Oh, that's right! If your baby daughter hadn't dressed like a whore (literally) she wouldn't be famous!

If it brought your 5-year-old fame it MUST be a good thing!

Despite a judge tossing out David Beckham's $25 million lawsuit against In Touch Weekly and a Bosnian hooker early last year, the soccer player has filed an appeal!

A California federal court judge ruled that the article published in the gossip mag — based on the allegations from Irma Nici who said she had sex with David for $10,000 on several occasions — was not libelous because it was in the public interest.

Beckham and his legal peeps are refusing to accept that ruling. They have asked that the lawsuit against the company that owns the mag, Bauer Publishing, be re-instated because:

"Bauer did not produce critical documents or evidence related to its internet ‘research’ concerning Beckham. Notably, it never produced documents by which it claimed confirmed Beckham's whereabouts during the time periods in question. Bauer did not offer any information or evidence that would even suggest that it sought or received any corroborating from Nici, Davis, or the alleged prostitute, which would prove or disprove the veracity of the Article. Beckham was unable to seek or to confirm information as to why In Touch did not request any of this corroborating information."

They've got a good point. You can't just claim one of the world's most famous people cheated on his wife with a hooker and not present ALL of the information to back it up!

We'd hate to think that the most perfect man on the planet really did resort to paying for sex, but he's only human. An incredibly rich human who can toss around $10K like he's buying a candy bar.

Like all legal matters, however, we just hope the judge rules in favor of the person telling the truth!

Ain't nothin' gonna to break his stride. Nobody's gonna slow him down. Oh-no! The Cain Train's got to keep on movin'!

Yesterday, a woman came forward with perhaps the most egregious claim of all those made against the Republican presidential candidate to date. This woman, given name Ginger White (which is a hooker name if we've ever heard one!), claims she had a 13-year-affair with the married man and insists their love continued until Herman Cain decided to run for Prez.

As with all the claims against him, Herman told CNN's Wolf Blitzer last night that the woman was straight up lying and that he won't quit "as long as my wife is behind me, and as long as my wife believes I should stay in this race, I'm staying in this race."

Hey, why the hell not! He might as well see this damn thing through.

Besides, we want to see how many more women will find their way out of the woodwork to through this guy under the political bus! LOL!

An agent who was a part of America's largest sports agencies may have used porn stars to hook (imagine that) and lure recruits for his job.

That porn star is Bibi Jones.

She claims she used to tag along with Gaylord Sports Management agent Terry Bross and was used as incentive for them to sign. She said she actually slept with at least 10 of them, many of which did indeed sign up later with Terry's agency.

But, she claims she was never paid or forced to do it — that she did it just for fun:

'I was willing to do it. It wasn't even expected for me to hook up with these guys. It was just like I was arm candy for him.'

Riiiiiiiiight. No payment.

This isn't too uncommon of a practice (luring signing with frowned up incentive) and its calling into question the methods used by these agencies.

We think it's shady as hell! Focus on the sports!
