While parting ways with Harry Styles will probably offer the bang for her buck on her next album, Taylor Swift certainly did score with her failed relationship with Conor Kennedy — to the tune of almost $1 million.

After buying a house in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts in hopes of getting closer to her temporary love bug, Swifty has already sold the property for a nice little chunk of change.

She dumped the house as quickly as she dumped the boy. LOLz!
