Congratulations are in order…
Cause iconic actor Wesley Snipes has been RELEASED from jail!!
Snipes was admitted into the McKean Federal Correctional Institution in Pennsylvania back in 2010 because of tax issues, and was officially released (to home confinement) on April 2nd.
Wesley will be 100% free when his house arrest ends July 19.
And then he can return to where he is DESPERATELY needed … the movies!
YEAH get ON that Expendables 3 sh*t! LOLz!!

We guess Lindsay Lohan is SERIOUSLY looking forward to all of the attention she'll most likely receive for going to trial!
Seriously, that's the ONLY plausible explanation we can come up with for why, even though the prosecutors in her upcoming court case are essentially bending over backwards to accomodate a plea bargain, the troubled, legally-challenged starlet is REFUSING to accept any sort of punishment for both violating the terms of her probation and lying to authorities!
That's right!
Lindsay's already turned down demands from the Santa Monic City Attorney and the L.A. City Attorney that she agree to either mandatory rehab or jail time in lieu of going to her March 18th trial, and somehow, her lawyer Mark Heller, has apparently managed to convince them to lessen the deal so that she will only have to serve

… Until her probation is over.
It's a step in the right direction though!!
Lindsay Lohan is finally kind of acting like a real grown up.
The girl just can't seem to dodge trouble and after a crazy week of alleged hit-and-runs and such, she's decided to put HERSELF on house arrest until the end of her probation.
Following the advice of her close friends, she will be on lockdown until her scheduled court date, which is March 29. She's agreed to only leave her house when absolutely necessary, such as her mandated court appearances and for cigarettes and diet red bull runs.
THANK YOU. THANK YOU FOR FINALLY LISTENING TO WHAT WE HAVE TO SAY.
We know it's tough to stay away from temptation, but you can do this, LiLo. You're in the home stretch now!!

Just disgusting.
Sadly not surprising, but still, just disgusting.
Jerry Sandusky is currently under house arrest while awaiting trial on over 50 felony charges after being accused of sexually molesting dozens of boys, while running his Second Mile charity, and yesterday, spoke to the media after a court hearing concerned his bail and home confinement, during which he actually COMPLAINED that he couldn't go outside and play with his dog - as his backyard is adjacent to a school playground!
Watch his absolutely nauseating comments (above).

Wishful thinking? Not really…
Conrad Murray got the maximum sentence yesterday, with a sentence of 4 years behind bars.
But, he could get out as early as Christmas to serve the rest of his time doing house arrest.
With the overcrowding of California jails and him being considered a non-violent felon, it looks like Murray is eligible to live out his sentence comfortably in his own home.
Hmm, we didn't know that California correctional facilities can pull a Lindsay Lohan on what some people would consider a convicted murderer.
