Nicole Richie may not have her own fragrance yet, but that didn't stop her from attending last night's FiFi Fragrance Awards.

The Fashion Star arrived at Lincoln Center channeling 1960s glamor in an embellished Emilio Pucci mullet dress, black Brian Atwood and matching House of Harlow 1960 clutch.

The train adds so drama, but we think Nicole's dress would have looked cuter as a mini. Everything else is perfection!

Nicole Richie may not know how to do makeup, but she does know how to make a statement on the red carpet carpet.

The Fashion Star mentor wowed at the Golden Globes in a liquid silver Julien Macdonald gown, Jimmy Choo heels and a House of Harlow clutch.

Nicole was also rockin' a major bouffant to compliment her glamorous retro look.

At last!

Last year Nicole Richie announced she would be adding handbags to her House of Harlow 1960 accessories line and now we're finally getting a look-see at the new designs!

The 14-piece collection for fall includes clutches, hobos, and cross-body bags with prices ranging from $150 to $625.

Nicole said of her handbag debut:

"Handbags have always been a part of the equation since we first launched the House of Harlow 1960 brand. We just needed to make sure all of the components were aligned before setting foot into that category. The collection is quite small in terms of the styles we are launching with. I wanted to make sure that each piece is special and then be able to grow it slowly and organically season after season."

If you're wanting to get your fashionable paws on a House of Harlow handbag, they'll be available at Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Shopbop.com in mid-July.
