Drama, drama, drama.

Now that the closing arguments for Hulk Hogan's $100 million lawsuit against Gawker have come to a close, it seems that the NY based website is bracing for a loss.

In case you forgot, the WWE wrestler is suing Gawker for posting a video in 2012 that featured him having sex with his former best friend's wife. Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, and his legal team claim that this decision was a violation of his privacy — especially since the company didn't have the "common decency" to inform the parties featured in the tape that they were releasing it.

The reality star admitted he was discouraged about his failing marriage with Linda Hogan, saying:

"A lot of things were happening at the same time. I was trying unsuccessfully to get my wife back. She told me verbally over and over, 'You're too old, you're too slow, you don't turn me on. I want to find somebody younger.'"

He also explained the shock jock was the guy he had turned to during those tough times, and said that the 49-year-old had actually been encouraging him to sleep with his then-wife, testifying that he said things like:

Hulk Hogan Recalls The Moment He Learned Of His Gawker Sex Tape Scandal

Hulk Hogan is just like everyone else.

At least that's what Hulk tried to argue in court on Monday, saying that he identifies more with his true identity of Terry Bollea than his wrestling persona. The icon reasoned this is why it was especially difficult for him to be the subject of such a public scandal.

Speaking on his true identity, Hogan explained:

"Terry Bollea's a normal person. Wrestling is my job. It's what Terry Bollea does for a living. I don't argue. I'm not loud. Pretty soft spoken to a fault. Don't know how really to say no, even though I'm learning how to say no to my kids."

The 62-year-old went on to add that he started "violently shaking" after he learned the site published the vid in 2012. To make matters worse, the site refused to take down the video even after H.H.'s camp sent a cease and desist letter.

Mr. Hogan elaborated on the embarrassment, revealing:

"I was embarrassed by what it did to me as a person, but it was even embarrassing as a character. Hulk Hogan was embarrassed."

Wow. It's clear this scandal had quite the impact on the entertainer's life.

For those who don't know, Terr's camp is claiming Gawker's first amendment defense as bogus while the site says the athlete's sex life was fair game considering how much he has talked about in the press before.

This is already proving to be one hell of a case.

For those who don't know, back in the day Hulk Hogan had sex with Heather Clem, the then wife of his bestie Bubba the Love Sponge. Somehow, Gawker obtained and then posted the raunchy tape to their website in 2012. Naturally, this didn't sit too well with Hulk.

Now that Hogan's $100 million dollar lawsuit is in full swing, inneresting details about the case have begun to emerge. Not only is jury selection proving to be hard AF, but the lawyers on both sides are already vigorously throwing mud at one another.

First things first… the jury.

While we imagine not many people would jump at joy to watch the wrestler in the throws of bone town, some potential jurors argued they would not sit for the trial due to their religious beliefs (this is Florida, we're talking about).

Hulk Hogan Prepares To 'Slam Another Giant' As The Jury Is Selected For His Sex Tape Trial

Hulk Hogan

As you probably know, Hulk Hogan is taking gossip site Gawker to court in Florida for publishing his sex tape on their website.

The 2006 two-minute video features the famed wrestler engaging in intercourse with Heather Clem, ex-wife of radio host and his friend "Bubba the Love Sponge" Clem.

The athlete, real name Terry Gene Bollea, is asking for $100 million in damages, claiming he's suffered "injury, damage, loss, harm, anxiety, embarrassment, humiliation, shame and severe emotional distress" as he says he didn't know the seXXXy times were being filmed.

This case is particularly significant as it's the first time a celebrity who is taking legal action over a leaked sex tape will bring his or her case to a jury — and today, that jury selection process began.

A courthouse official told People that nearly 500 people were summoned to serve during the civil trial that is estimated to last up to a month. The selection process was scheduled to continue Wednesday.

According to reports, the site's defense will rely on the First Amendment, noting that Hogan often spoke openly about his sex life in the media.

Before Tuesday's court appearance, HH took to Twitter with the following message:

Sounds quite confident!
