Connie Britton & Hayden Panettiere WILL Return To Nashville! Get The Exciting Scoop!

no title

When Nashville was canceled over a month ago, fans held onto hope long enough for CMT and Hulu to come in and save the day — and now they're being rewarded in a BIGGER way!

Earlier this week, there was a bit of a scare when it was announced that Will Chase and Aubrey Peeple would no longer be on the show — would the two leads Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere be back?

Well, wait no more, Nashvillians! Sources close to the hit musical show told Variety that Connie and Hayden are both set to return for the fifth season — along with the rest of the original cast!

Aside from Britton and Panettiere, that would include Charles Esten, Sam Palladio, Jonathan Jackson, Clare Bowen, Lennon Stella, Maisy Stella, and Chris Carmack all coming back as series regulars.

Ed Zwick and Marshall Herskovitz have been named showrunners for season five — though there aren't a whole lot of other details.

Honestly, we're just happy our two favorite country singing ladies are back for an encore!

Do you think Nashville would have survived without Connie and Hayden?!

Your Netflix Is About To Get More Expensive — Get The Deets On The Price Hike For Millions Of Customers!

no title

Over the past few years, Netflix has become insanely popular — which is probably why the company is looking to cash in with a price increase!

The streaming service costs $9.99/month for more recent users, but many customers who started off at $7.99 got grandfathered in before the price increase.

But come May no longer. As scheduled during the original increase, those older accounts will finally have their rates increased by $2/month to match the newer subscribers.

Of course, if you're already paying the higher cost then you have nothing to worry about…

Looks like James Bond could be in trouble!

No, not because he was captured and strapped to a table under a laser — it's because Daniel Craig reportedly just signed on to a new TV show!

Craig is set to star in Purity, a new drama series produced by Scott Rudin that is currently looking for offers from networks.

The new show, which is based on a book by the same name written by Jonathan Franzen is looking for a series order of 20 episodes and is seeking bids from Showtime, FX, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon.

Though there are rumors of Purity being a limited series, there are also talks that it could go beyond 20 episodes if successful.

Making this commitment could spell trouble for the Bond franchise because

Hulu May Stop Airing New TV Shows! Find Out How Time Warner Cable Plans To Stop Them!

no title

We do not subscribe to this!

While Hulu may not be the best streaming service on the web, we still appreciate it for letting us watch ABC FOX The CW NBC shows for free the day after they air.

Or at least… we used to!

Apparently, Hulu's last remaining good quality could be snuffed out by a potential deal with Time Warner Cable where the TV provider would buy 25 percent of the website in return of the Netflix competitor's promise to stop airing current seasons of your favorite shows.

This means that while Season One of Empire, for example, would stay available to watch, Hulu wouldn't get the rights to Season Two until after this Spring's finale!

While TWC and Hulu are currently only in talks, we're fearful that this deal will actually go through seeing as cable companies are scrambling to keep viewers attached to the cord.

For Hulu's sake, we sure hope The Mindy Project, Casual, and Hotwives are enough to keep users if this does happen…

Um, there's always the Criterion Collection?

Netflix. Hulu. YouTube. Spotify???

Ever since Spotify first entered the market back in 2008 it's slowly been making a name for itself as the most popular music streaming service. (Sorry, iTunes.)

High-profile contract disagreements with celebs Taylor Swift and Adele have given the music player some strong headlines, but it looks like they're ready to get some attention all on their own.

Starting next week, users will be able to play videos and podcasts on the Spotify App!

And we're not just talking music videos — channels like BBC, Vice, ESPN, and Comedy Central will all be offering up clips from your favorite TV shows to watch on your mobile devices.

The new service has been tested on some Android and iOS users in Sweden already, but music lovers in the UK and US can expect to start Spotify's latest feature by the end of next week.

We guess Tidal had an effect on them after all…

Ch-ch-check out Spotify's original video announcement of the update (below)!!!
