Hummus is a tasty, healthy dip for veggies and spread for sandwiches. It is a good source of protein and healthy fat. It is a Mediterranean dip made by blending garbanzo beans, olive oil, garlic and tahini (blended sesame seeds). You can get it at Trader Joes and any market!

It turns out Starbucks new line of healthy Bistro Box meals, aren't so "healthy" after all!
Just a week after launching the new meals, which are billed as healthy alternatives to fast food, the coffee chain has RECALLED chicken used in the Chicken Hummus and Chicken Chipotle Wrap Bistro Boxes in Georgia and Alabama.
The meat was reported to have been contaminated with listeria. Luckily, no illnesses have been reported and the chain says they have successfully removed the tainted poultry from their stores.
Other than the contaminated chicken, these boxes don't sound like a bad deal! Available in a snack or entree size, each are under 500 calories and cost five to eight bucks.
Check out all the Bistro Box meal options here!
