Kirsten Dunst has been on a workout bender lately, and when she heads to the gym, she ALWAYS makes sure she stays hydrated!
The actress is always spotted holding a water bottle or her mystery, Hulk-green shake during her daily exercise routine, and this time around we caught her double-fisting!
Kirsten was once again spotted in Studio City preparing to get her sweat on, and she certainly had her hands full as she had multiple drinks ready to quench her insatiable thirst!
Homegirl does NOT mess around when it comes to replenishing her fluids!! LOLz!

Kirsten Dunst sure is on a fitness kick right now!
Not only do we see her going to the gym CONSTANTLY, but we always see her with either water or healthy shakes! Girl knows how to hydrate, and we like that!
Though, we're not sure what's IN the shakes — especially this green one! We'd like to think kale, or wheatgrass, but it's probably something that turns her into the Incredible Hulk so she can work out even faster!
Because both the shake and the Hulk are green, we guess!

Julianne Hough is NOT one to slouch when it comes to fitness, and you can totally tell!
Not only does she fit in those yoga pants like a dream, but a slouch wouldn't remember to hydrate as well as Julianne does! Look at that bottle of water!
Seriously, look! Hey! Are you still looking at how she fills out those yoga pants?? We can't blame you, but we also can't stress enough how important hydration is to fitness!
Just take a few notes from Julianne's motivation and preparation! She knows what's up!!

If we could be in Kris Jenner's shape at her age, we'd be juuuuuust fine with that!
Seriously, she has the dedication and drive to maintain a healthy lifestyle — including what we would assume is a healthy diet, and what we can see is a healthy fitness regime! She's was up EARLY to get her sweat on!
Not only that, but she's aware of the benefits to staying hydrated as well! That's something we LOVE seeing a celebrity take pride in along with the effort to go work out in the first place! Plus, she wasn't drunk! LOLz!

Liam Hemsworth could wear a trash bag and still look super f***ing fine!
Here he is (above) looking like he dug his clothes out from the bottom of the hamper, and we'd still be all over that! LOLz!
We doubt he actually found his clothes there, though — he's just wearing what's comfortable to the gym! We're also glad he's brought a change of shoes, at least, and a little somethin' to stay hydrated!
Looking good, Liam! That's beard looks like a good place for us to run our fingers! Ha!

Jennifer Garner knows a lot of things: how to act, how to have a successful marriage, and how to raise kids… but did you know that she ALSO has figured out the workout game??
She's pretty amazingly fit, and a body like that only comes with true workout wisdom!
One of those little pieces of wisdom is to always stay hydrated, which you can see from the pictures we've amassed (above AND below)! We even see her with TWO types of drinks, though we're sure the water works a little better than the coffee… but who's to say that she doesn't have water in that coffee cup??
Either way, we're so happy to see her maintain her healthy lifestyle! So fab!

Researchers have found that frostbite and hypothermia are not the only dangers for those who exercise, hike and play outdoors in the winter. Surprisingly, there is an increased risk for dehydration! You see, when the weather is cold, unlike hot weather or after sweaty workouts, people do not feel thirsty. How is water from our body lost? Through breathing. We do not sense why water intake may be needed because sweat evaporates beneath clothing in cold, dry air.
Since our bodies are made up of about two thirds water, it only takes a few percent of water loss to become dehydrated. It is interesting to note that our body relies on the sensation of thirst to maintain its fluid balance. The key to be adequately hydrated is to drink plenty of water, especially when outdoors in cold weather. Clear urine is a good indicator which shows you are not at risk of becoming dehydrated.
