Too often we've been seeing celebs forego the whole idea of proper hydration while working out, instead opting for drinks from Starbucks and coffee shops! What's the deal? Do they know something we don't??

More likely, they're just making the wrong decisions!

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is making the RIGHT decisions!

Not only does she have a giant-ass bottle of deliciously cold and hydrating water, but it also looks like she has a healthy green energy shake to make sure she's ready to kick that beautiful butt into gear during her workout!

Everyone should take notes! LOLz!

Alec Baldwin Jogging Looks A LOT Like Alec Baldwin Walking Leisurely!

We were told that the picture (above) and the pictures (below) are that of Alec Baldwin out for a jog!

To us, though, it looks like Alec is taking a gentle stroll to the Starbucks and then drinking said Starbucks! LOLz!

Seriously though, what's with all the celebs out there with the right fitness ideas being ruined by unhealthy Starbucks drinks?? We just saw Russell Brand to the same exact thing YESTERDAY!

We suppose it's much better than driving to get a drink like that and then sitting around while drinking it!

Still, we'd like to see some water get back in the action! Ha!

Brenda Song Ready To Get Sweaty!

Hey! That kinda rhymes!

Brenda Song was spotted right before heading into her gym, and boy are we glad she was caught!

It's not that we love seeing her pretty face (we do!), it's that we finally have a great example of how to prepare for the gym! We mean, just take a look!

She's wearing proper clothing, she isn't worried about wearing make up or dressing to impress… and she has a big ol' bottle of water!! We love seeing it when celebs remember to keep themselves properly hydrated!

Plus, we like that she color coordinated anyway for fun!

How Much Water Should You Drink Today?

2 liters of water is the roughly the recommended daily fluid intake. 1 Liter usually comes from the food you eat (fruits and vegetables), so drink around another liter from water and you should meet your daily requirement. However, a good way to measure your hydration levels is by the color of your urine. A slight yellowish tint or lower towards clear is a good sign that you’re hydrated.

Hydration Hydration Hydration! This is the theme for this week. Grab an eco water bottle that filters the water as you drink it, which means you can fill up anywhere making sure you will never run out. Buy a few (they cost around $10 each) and put one in your hand bag, gym bag and car.

Put little sticky notes up in places you will notice it often or even better a put a reminder in your phone to DRINK UP! Water helps flush toxins from your body, fills you up and aids in weight loss. You need to drink around 8 glasses a day so here’s cheers!!!!

5 Easy Ways To Drink More Water

Yes, we all know that we must drink more water! However, for most of us it can be a difficult task to accomplish, especially when our diets are overrun with sugary sodas, energy drinks and endless cups of coffee!

Water can dramatically improve both our mind and body functioning and has the following benefits:

- Suppresses your appetite
- Eliminates toxins
- Increases metabolism
- Hydrates your skin
- Clears your complexion
- Relieves fluid retention

So how do we incorporate more water into our daily routine? Follow my simple tips below to start benefiting from its amazing qualities!

1. Start your day with a large glass of warm water and a squeeze of lemon juice. This will cleanse your system.

2. Carry a water bottle around with you (everywhere). To remind yourself to keep sipping, write "Drink Me" on your water bottle (I have does this many times and it works!).

3. Try to drink 2 glasses of water before every meal. This is a very efficient way to up your intake and with water being an appetite suppressant, you might find that you eat less also.

4. If you work at a desk all day, fill up a large jug with water, lemon slices, lime slices and some mint. Not only does it look appetizing, but you will get into the habit of having a glass each time you sit down.

5. Water doesn't have to be boring or tasteless! Add slices of your favorite citrus fruits, berries, ginger, mint…whatever you find appealing!
