After his arrest, he told cops he is allowed to maintain his place outside of Madonna's apartment, but they of course disagreed. Here's what he had to say about it:
"I can be here. This is police brutality. I have a right to do this. I am not doing anything wrong."
And on a more delusional note:
"I keep running into Madonna. I saw her in 1992 and I'd actually like to meet her in person. I won't stop until I actually meet Madonna.”
And a statement from Robert regarding his future plans:
"I'm going to go right back there [Madonna's apartment] and do it again."
We need to keep him away from Madge! According to prosecutors, an ice pick was found in his car.
Unless he's planning on crushing up some ice and attempting to woo Madonna with frozen margaritas, we're thinking the ice pick is NOT a good thing.
Can we please get this guy locked away FOR GOOD already?
