Classy Teen Mom Amber Portwood Gets Into A Fist Fight At IHOP

teen-mom-amber-portwood-gets-in-fight-at-ihop.jpg

"Gurl, you better not get near our pancakes."

That would have been our reaction if we saw this go down.

Teen Mom's Amber Portwood did something completely out of character and started a fight with a complete strange at an Indiana IHOP.

OOohh! And guess what? It was all caught on tape.

Describing the video, a source says:

"She was drunk, and there was another girl in the restaurant who had been drinking too and apparently said something about Amber to her friend. Amber instigated the fight. She told the girl, 'You don't know anything about me! I'm gonna whup your ass!' They just attacked each other. There were a couple punches thrown and hair pulling, then they were separated."

Hmmm, wasn't Amber ordered to take anger management classes after her domestic battery charge against ex-boyfriend and baby daddy Gary Shirley?? Guess those didn't work out too well, did they??

Will she ever learn?? Come on! You're a grown ass woman now! This is ridic.

Deplorable! IHOP Gunman Kills 4 And Self

ihop gunman kills 4 and shoots self

Absolutely horrific.

Yesterday morning, 32-year-old Eduardo Sencion entered an IHOP in Carson City, Nevada and shot four uniformed National Guard Members, killing three of them.

He also fatally shot another woman, and wounded seven other people in the restaurant.

After his shooting spree, Sencion shot at neighboring businesses' windows from the IHOP parking lot, and then shot himself in the head. He died later on while at the hospital.

Thus far, no specific motive has been revealed. The killer was NOT in the military and he was not associated with anybody at the IHOP.

When interviewed, Sencion's family members said he had mental issues.

We can't express enough how disturbed and sickened we are by this tragic event.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the wounded, as well as the families and loved ones' of those whose lives were lost.

Brace Yourselves, Star Wars Nerds! Captain America Director Joe Johnston Wants To Make A Boba Fett Movie

joe johnston wants to make a boba fett movie

Maybe IHOP can sponsor this movie. LOLz!

We weren't crazy about director Joe Johnston's Jurassic Park flick and neither was anyone else, but we're pret-ty pumped for Captain America, so maybe Joe COULD be right for a Boba Fett movie…with plenty of guidance from George Lucas, of course.

During a recent interview, Johnston opened up about his desire to make a movie centered on the much-loved Star Wars character Boba Fett. Here's what he had to say about it:

Big Chain Restaurants Required To Post Calorie Count On All Menu Items

Panera Menu

While some restaurants in states like California have already posted the calorie count for all items on the menu, the Food and Drug Administration is taking the initiative nationwide.

By 2012, any restaurant with 20 or more locations is expected to be required to post a calorie count for every menu item they sell.

As a result, restaurants are anticipating some of their favorite dishes won't be as appetizing once customers learn they are packed with more than 1,500 calories a serving.

Instead, they are re-evaluating what they sell and attempting to cut calories from their food to make it more desirable, as well as balancing out their high-calorie menu items with healthier options.

IHOP, for example, took its standard bacon-and-eggs breakfast, with 1,160 calories, and developed a version with turkey bacon and egg whites that has just 350 calories.

Panera Bread has made a similar effort to reduce the amount of calories in their food by switching to low-fat cheeses, using less oil, less sauce, less sour cream, as well as highlighting half-orders for sandwiches and soup.

As a result, the company developed a 300-calorie salad and dropped a breakfast sandwich's calorie count from 650-calories to 350!

While this probably won't ward off TOO MANY people's appetites for favorites like buffalo wings, outrageous nachos, or juicy steaks, it is at least forcing restaurants to offer healthier options and informing their customers of what they are really consuming.
