A woman in Memphis is under investigation for falsely representing rapper Master P in her illegal "church" solicitation ring.

Alisa R. Harris used a mail-order minister ordainment to obtain church status for taxes. Where is this church? One of her old apartments! ha!

She uses this "church" status to lure donations and hire ex-cons. She'll pay her employees $10/hr to solicit donations for her "church" and the "Corey Miller Foundation" (P's brother, aka C Murder) from unsuspecting residents of the community.
