Kris Allen took to Twitter last night to inform fans that he was going to surprise them with an impromptu performance at the Santa Monica Pier last night, but unfortunately, right in the middle of his set, the fuzz forced him to pull the plug because he didn't have a permit!

And then after Kris apologized, the officer REFUSED to shake his hand! Ugh!

RUDE!

It's awesome how nobody tried to stop them or tell them to shut up. Instead, everyone seemed to be enjoying it as much as we do!

Cyndi Lauper thrilled a crowd at the Jorge Newbery Airport in Buenos Aires when she busted out an a cappella performance of Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.

After several airport delays, Cyndi cheered up the crowd of bored travelers. And she sounds absolutely amazing!!

A Perezcious reader informed us that on Wednesday night, Courtney Love showed up at rumored boyfriend Andre Belazs' Mercer Hotel in NYC to perform an impromptu set in the lobby - and it was a DISASTER!

They write:

"Wednesday night, Courtney Love decides to play an impromptu concert in the lobby of the Mercer Hotel cause she's dating Andre Belazs. She was wasted, and terrible! She wasn't even playing the guitar, she had someone playing while she sang. She was trying to cover 'Maps' by The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, but she forgot like half the words. Even though she had the sheet music in front of her! And no one is supposed to know that she's fucking the owner cause I'm pretty sure he has a girlfriend. But he's totally putting Courtney up in the hotel!"

Eek!

Such a shame! Every time we seem to think that she's on the right track, something like this happens!

So sad! We hope she can seriously start to clean up her act!
