Gucci Mane keeps fighting the law, and the law keeps on winning.

After turning himself into the Atlanta police late last month, the rapper has been indicted for charges of aggravated assault after an incident with a soldier at a nightclub.

For those of you who aren't familiar with the case, lets catch you up to speed.

Alleged victim James Lettley recognized Mane at a club and approached him in hopes of snapping a picture. But instead of simply saying "no," the rapper decided to hit him in the back of the head with a champagne bottle instead!

Ouch!!!

The incident left the soldier with 10 stitches in his head and Mane behind bars.

Now it's looking like the rapper could be in some serious trouble after being indicted, and it probably doesn't help that this isn't his first brush with the law.

So much for the theory of “carrying a gun makes you safe”…

Ever since the tragic Sandy Hook shooting, gun control has been at the center of political discussion and this most recent incident isn't helping the Pro-NRA believers!

A man was being booked on charges of domestic violence at a New Jersey police station this morning when he shot and injured three police officers before other officers shot back and killed him.

Gloucest Township Deputy Chief David Harkins revealed the man and cops got into a "violent struggle" during processing when he got ahold of one of their guns.

All officers are in stable condition fortunately, but when will the violence stop?!

This only proves that guns are more destructive than protective in any scenario!

Oh celebs and their monetary answers to all legal problems!

Lucky lady Amanda Bynes was recently able to reach a financial settlement in both of her hit and run cases, and the criminal charges stemming from both incidents were thrown out.

Apparently, the LA City Attorney is NOT happy about this slap-in-the-face to America's justice system, especially since Manda was involved in two similar car scuffles AND she is still facing a DUI case.

Which is totes understandable, because honestly girl is obviously a hazard to other drivers on the road and has blatantly been ignoring the law ALL YEAR.

Ah well… hopefully she has finally learned her lesson and perhaps now that she's living in NYC she can utilize its superior public transport.

Or at least hire a freakin' driver!
